lelong buyer protection program proceed, is unless seller going away, don't do any reply and refund,. then just can be proceed. i got ask lelong also previous once we decide company close.
I'm sorry can reply to you all time to time, cause i have to find income and work, get refund here. each time do refund, i will send copy to lelong also. You can get report whether i doing refund or not.
The refund i knew need get some time, just give me find money do refund, little by little hope you accept.
Or either if i get caught and in jail, all i can be don't need do refund here in law.

To initiate BPP claim, u need to submit your application to lelong and wait for their CLAIM FORM.
I had request the claim form week ago, BUT so far lelong did not reply, what the hell lelong is doing, god know...

He at least taken away 200-300K from buyer, what is the lost/stolen (as he mentioned) of 50k, where is the balance of the money? I concludeed woth 2 possibility

1) all the money in his bank, he will enjoying luxury life - later.
2) spent all the money already collected from buyer till he have no more fun to pay to sponsor/supplier to get the item we had paid.

what the f***.. we are not 3 years old kid.

For those who r still hoping to get their items, you can forget that and do the necessary (like file in the police report for con case).
