Any specific reason why you wanna migrate?

Migrating for long term professional job if you are still on the skill list is still very do-able, in fact, DIAC recently lowered the points cut off because there weren't enough applicants who could meet the points requirement... this whole 457 saga is only clamping down on the abuse of the visa for unskilled jobs...

I have a colleague, his wife is here on dependant visa. She is an accountant and work in one of the big 4 in Msia. But up to date can't get the job as she doesn't have any Australian experience.

Does anyone actually asking direct question to interviewer how to get australia experience if there don't even have a beginning to gain it from elsewhere or opportunities?!?

It's your problem not theirs. Not much difference from young people entering the workforce who are facing "no experience no job, no job no experience" problem

This is equivalent to shooting oneself in the foot. Would not recommend this. There are many ways to get relevant local experience. This is even if you are not paid for it.

Believe it or not, i got bunch of friends who's actually leaving malaysia who got their PR status in canada and australia lately.

The 1 who went canada i'm not quite sure. They had it 3 years ago, just that they have to be there to fulfill the visa requirement to stay 2 years in canada. So, they just went off recently.
I think canada is not that hard to get compare to australia. it's just that australia is nearer to malaysia so everyone heading there. Canada is just too far away and has to suffer the air flight for 20 hrs.
I just found out recently that all of my friend is applying to overseas silently. Hmm, i thought i'm alone but when i ask them, everyone is leaving!
