to burn fat, we need to be in caloric deficit right.
but what if after the weight training, i have depleted my energy/glycogen stores, i hop on the treadmill for about 15-20 mins. did i burn fat at THAT TIME on the treadmill ? lil bit of confused here. help me out. |

First day trying out Superpump Max. I assumed when the label said to take it 15-45 minutes, that the focus/drive/energy would come in like 20-30 minutes. Instead I got a sudden surge of energy right at the end of my workout, which was about an hour later. And right now, I feel like the Duracell bunny on happy pills.

He only did close grip push up in the video, what about wide grip push up?? what i mean is, does the video say close grip push up better than wide grip?? as far as i know, they work different part of muscle as wide grip gives more tension on pecs. |
