I have this excessive sweating problem on my palms and feet. So I will be doing this surgery where they make 2 incisions near my chest to clip the glands. Damn, gonna say bye to my bench presses for some time. Wonder if the doc will use more force to cucuk since our chest muscles are stiffer

Heh I'm actually praying it doesn't subside, cause it feels awesome. Though I'll have to take it quite some time before I start training to actually get the effects DURING my workout and not after. XD
*
i tried sp max (4 x 160g tubs) for a mnth. no effect at all. preferred jack3d. haha
i take it 60 mins b4 workout just to lock the high n pump during workout.
depending on my mood prior to workout i can be high even until 2am. hahahaha. if bad mood, pump is there with focus but no high lah. haha

Yes bro, ETS. Guess I can only do leg workouts and some light cardio after the surgery. I think this is the best time to consume more protein as they repair and build tissues!

I'm going to assume that most of the males reading this can do at least 7-8 bodyweight pull-ups, with whatever grip you prefer. If you can't, and have been training for more than a few years, take this as a wake-up call that you seriously need to reconsider your training, nutrition, or both. Read this article from T NATON contributor Tim Henriques and get to work. If you can already do 7-8 reps, keep reading.

This is something I don't understand. I notice quite a few bodybuilding oriented trainees like taking training advice from a powerlifting oriented site. Why?

I'm a firm believer that strength gains = great physique.

Yea its more powerlifting oriented for sure, but its still knowledge. I just generally browse through these sites for their articles and bodybuilding threads. To date other than trying to change my benching style I still have not tried any powerlifting techniques and routines there.

The posters there are very informative, and are huge mofos. Can't hurt to see what they write

Because my goal is to achieve mass akin to greg plitt's, I gotta say, I dont really care about philosophy behind strength training and powerlifting and kettlebells
Not to say they dont work, just depends on goals lah I believe
If Im adding poundages in my current routine with good form and good reps = im getting stronger nuff said
Hahahahaha

consume whey immediately after u train.......

u need 1.5hr for weights and 1 hr for cardio?
way pass the prime window...i think it's recommended to keep ur trainin within 1 hr.
if not, ur body starts to break down muscle for energy...

keep ur weights day n cardio day apart...

i do cosgrove complex as cardio on my rest day
