Greetings guys,
is it advisable to train my chest more then once a week or should i just stick to once a week. Read throught the internet(cant remember if its bb.com), they dont recommend you to train your chest more then once a week but on the other hand, a personal trainer was recommending me to do it about 2 times a wee. Whats your advice guys ? |

could you guys please recommend me a good type of gloves to use during my weight training ? I was using a pair of addidas gloves before this that cost me around RM115. Too bad i cant find the same type of gloves. Any suggestions guys ? |
