Guys, wanna ask sth about whey protein consumption. I have Myofusion now and let's say i wanna consume 3 scoops per day. Which one would be a better combination?
1) 1 scoop after wake up + 1 scoop post workout + 1 scoop before bed, OR 2) 1 scoop after wake up + 2 scoops post workout Will this make a difference since I am consuming the same amount of protein per day? This post has been edited by ChipZ: Aug 1 2011, 11:42 PM |

i guess thats normal... a couple of day back, i met a friend who i last seen 6 months ago.. we met at gym back then.
So, that night he is like staring at me and said "whoa, how come so big size? cucuk ka?" i was like zzz..... almost the people i met, always said "cucuk ka".. even the place where i buy my chicken also asking... |
