QUOTE(KKautocar @ Jul 26 2011, 02:45 AM) Doesnt it speak for itself? By making the body burn more fats with the drop in calories per day which will also lower the metabolism overtime. lol. look at his other post. he is trying to hard mang. pity that kid. QUOTE(-Dan @ Aug 2 2011, 11:42 PM) Heh I'm actually praying it doesn't subside, cause it feels awesome. Though I'll have to take it quite some time before I start training to actually get the effects DURING my workout and not after. XD well.. to be honest.. i dont fell that kind of effects wit sp max. i like the sp250 better. or maybe i should stop taking pre workout for a while.. how long did u guys cycle on pre workout supp? a weeK ? a month? |

QUOTE(ChipZ @ Aug 22 2011, 01:13 AM) Then I just noticed if u workout everyday, you just barely workout all your muscle group too much for me. i would go 5 days per week max. i) Chest ii) Shoulder iii) Biceps iv) Legs v) Triceps vi) Back vii) Abs/Core currently 4 day per week back /bis chest/tris shoulder/ abs legs. |

QUOTE(thelion4ever @ Oct 8 2011, 08:08 PM) that one very easy to domake a hole in your head. shove a cable in there and the other end into your targeted muscle and watch them grow. Google lah dude. its concentrating on your muscle while doing reps. eg - think and feel ur bicep when doing curls. |
