Hurt my knee doing squats for the first time. My right knee cant be bent, otherwise it hurts like hell.

Guys, if I wanna get big or bulk up, should I concentrate on weight lifting/strength training and reduce cardio activities?

I'm new to this. I lost 8 kgs doing cardio from the last 8 months and would like to get bulk yet ripped. I'm afraid I have no time to do proper bulking & cutting. Mind to elaborate more on clean bulk?

Guys, wanna ask sth about whey protein consumption. I have Myofusion now and let's say i wanna consume 3 scoops per day. Which one would be a better combination?

1) 1 scoop after wake up + 1 scoop post workout + 1 scoop before bed, OR
2) 1 scoop after wake up + 2 scoops post workout

Will this make a difference since I am consuming the same amount of protein per day?

I used to do this when i started consuming whey protein but I'm afraid it will be too 'concentrated' at one time. Thats why i need to ask if it makes any difference if I take whey at different time

Have been working out on an almost daily basis but this Saturday I will be undergoing a chest surgery. I think I will be missing the gym for a couple of months sad.gif

I have this excessive sweating problem on my palms and feet. So I will be doing this surgery where they make 2 incisions near my chest to clip the glands. Damn, gonna say bye to my bench presses for some time. Wonder if the doc will use more force to cucuk since our chest muscles are stiffer

Went to do squat and an old auntie was staring at me. Then she came over to me, asking how old I am? Since my look is quite young, she advised me not to do squats because that will make me shorter or stunt my growth. I told her I am already 23 and cant grow taller anymore. She apologized and walked off. LOL!

i) Chest
ii) Shoulder
iii) Biceps
iv) Legs
v) Triceps
vi) Back
vii) Abs/Core

My body fat % is less than 6%, can see some 'trace' of 4 packs, but not deep enough. How can I deepen or make the packs more visible or even better, get the additional 2 packs
