hmmm im still drinking full cream full hehe.

btw u take any other carbs? your grocery list doesn't seems to have any other starchy carbs besides bread

I prefer low fat biggrin.gif

yup... I only take 3 spoon of oat in the morning and if im too hungry or looking for more flavourish food, i'll go for economy rice... but 3-4 spoon... This diet only going to last for one month because i try to shred off some fat..

Weekend i'll eat like normal bt still low carb high protein..

oh. im doing clean bulking so i have to spend more on rice, pasta, raisins, oat.

btw u work and pay all these supplies' expenses yourself? man my mum whines non stop as she has to keep stocking up because im still a student tongue.gif

im working already... so, some grocery my mum still buy because weekend i'll be back to my hometown as week day im away from home..

supplement wise, some time i pay some time they still pay because she said, "dont use ur money, use mine" haha... my dad quite supportive because he went to gym as well... so he ask me buy supplement also..

I'm happy during bulking haha... i eat whatever i want but still watch for the fat and calorie... no fried food or too oily... sometime 2 chicken per day biggrin.gif

Supplements in my current stack clocking in at RM 25 per day. On day 10 of this cycle, weight up another kilo for a 3kg gain so far.

currently, myo n animal pak only.. finish my hemorage and m-stak...
others like fish oil, glucosamine , bcaa..

Yesterday i went to weight myself, i already lost 4kg since last week. Actually is a bad news because im losing size.. Maybe need to take up extra carb in my current diet..

I did bench press at home but due to limited weight i can only do more reps instead of more reps, like up to 20 reps per set, and its not really showing progress....

where are you studying bro ?
