I wonder, during cutting phase, is it alright to have a drastic drop in calories to make the body burn fats faster while maintaining the same amount of protein intake per day With workout as well? With 5-6 meals per day
I'm losing weight like 1.5 kg per week and my arms are getting smaller
yes ..i lost 8kg in a month when i was cutting for a competition recently..2meals of carbs for meal 1 and 2.then the rest just proteins and vege..
of course i did jog immediately when i woke up and work out as well..
arms getting smaller is normal..u willl gain back the weight..ive gained about 5kg since i stopped my cutting phase

cool. what course are you studying ? theres a gym above the commercial block area. they supposed to have opened it by this year. too bad its not open yet. theres no equipments tooo there lol.

yeah the place with the swimming pool..prolly thought it was not such a good idea to have a gym once they saw the bill..and still they can charge us rm3 for parking..
I did my body composition analysis at a diagnostic center using some kind of machine. I dont know the accuracy of the measurement but according to the report, my PBF is 5.3% and my BMR is 1406kcal
5.3%..notsureifsrs...u should be shredded as fuuuuuu..ur abs should be very visible..not just the 4 top ones
im prolly >12% bf and my top 4 abs are visible including the adonis belt line..

i still have prob to sort my diet, especially when i just add protein shake. should i just take after workout, or should i take it daily? and guys, how many scoops did u take each time? i already feel very full with 1 scoop.
i take one b4 and one after..other days depends on my protein intake..if i feel its not enough then i will add in a shake..1scoop
