thanks bro hoxy. your siggy inspires me a lot in working out actually. im sux in diet and only workout in my room. i also don't take any supps yet. but i try to stick on my routine, and lift more and more. if i had all those things that i said, probably can get better result than this. smile.gif

Well said. But wouldn't you feel proud working out at room and without supps made you who you are now?

Perhaps when you keep your effort and hardwork, got ur dream body then you will be the one inspiring people just workout at home without any supps can be fit as well.

One thing that I always believe in is, if a guy grow well by just working out without any supplements, he is the one who has decent quality of diet. After all, supps are to replace what's not good enough in one's diet.

So good work, and keep it up.

you are totally right. as being adviced by bros here, supps is just to help improve the diet, an addition for my daily nutrition. i really hope that i can grow as big as you guys here. nod.gif

Hi, does anyone of you here body building with bulk body and big mass do any sports like tennis, badminton, futsal or marathon? I wonder how the agility and mobility advantages and disadvantages. Should be slower right? smile.gif

I play badminton,tennis,go trekking,go bootcamp and futsal at 95kgs!

I also did martial arts and yoga.
