Thanks Alpha and Mud, traps have always been a naturally gifted part of mine. I haven't worked them out in 3 weeks and if I do it's only 3-4 sets of shrugs. So I leave them alone most of the time. I read somewhere that if I develop them too much they give appearance of narrow shoulders? Not sure.

I don't think that'll be an issue with you bro.u Have some nice delts going on to and if ur worried u can always do some extra work to add on to ur lateral deltoid.Developed traps + delts look awesome.

Me neither, i've lost about 4-5 kilos!
But prior to that, i was sick the week before puasa >_<

Ok guys. Not good. I couldn't get the 120 pounders up today for dumbbell presses. And my joints are starting to show slight wear and tear. I'm gonna switch to a high rep moderate poundage phase for a while and see how it goes.

well since you're in a whole other lvl altogether, im gonna assume you're doing heavy reps, RIGHT? were you doing shoulder or chest presses and how much rep could you do with those db's? just a matter of time until you can get em up again brah!

gosh..i dont understand how u eat those... i tried to discipline myself to eat as much as possible.

say lunch 2 breast chicken breast meat, afternoon 1 breast meat and dinner 2 breast meat.

after these breast meat, i really feel like giving up eating.. all breast meat with sidelines though..

So... not that huge like last week, 3 plates rice, 2 chicken breasts, 2 ikan tenggiri, 1 serving cucumbers, 1 serving pumpkins, 1 cup of yogurt mixed on top plus lots of fried chillis. In stages, lol gonna put spoiler mode:-
