I will do my best.
I've been stop training my back due to injury. I cant do pull up nor lat pull down. Now what i do is, one arm row, seated row and deadlift. All very light because the pain is there. I try to bring up my trap and middle back but i guess there's not much improvement on that part. What will be the ideal workout for that? |

usually for shrug i go for the heaviest db my grip can last me for at least 10 reps. my max now around 40kg db.
