Gonna hit the gym for the first time today wish me luck biggrin.gif By the way could someone check my breakfast diet so if i lack anything mind point out.

-2 peanut butter slice with cheese plus cup of milk , 4 hard boiled eggs and a capsule of multivitamin.

i have a friend that maintains 3 gym lol. i find that ff has a better environment then other gym lol. which branch do u train at ?

well, i dont see a reason why i should maintain so many gyms. not as though i got 2 asses to go both gyms at the same time. klang branch.

hi guys. i just recover from dengue fever. Stop gyming and proper diet about 2 weeks. and I lost quite a lot of mass (i think). Feel my muscle a bit softer. Usually tight ...

Also i have lost some of my strength.

just take things one step of a time, no one is rushing you. you won't be losing a lot of mass, a bit will be off but nothing to be alarmed, and the muscles, probably due to the fact that you've stopped shuttling nutrients to your body, from the dengue fever and the lack of diet. Your health comes first, slowly introduce weights back, in the mean time, I would say just light cardio work and machine work to reincorporate back your weight training, stay off free weights for a week or so, let your body go back to 100% then start hammering away.
