mike, when you dead lift, do you pull with your back, or do you push up from your heels like a squat (movement of the hip). Because, if you do pull up using your back like in your video, thats why your back is kinda rounding.and I notice when you go down, you tend to keep your hips pretty high up, unless you collapse your back(which causes rounding), you shouldnt be able to go all the way down to the floor. How about, try lowering your hips. I hope you get the picture?

Leg ext, point your toes outwards. And don't lean onto the seat, instead, sit slightly forward, in fact, sit upright and ur ass on the verge of getting up the seat, try it. Front squats, tweak your stance, it hits the teardrop predominantly, I'm sure you can tweak it to hit your sweet spot
