Gonna hit the gym for the first time today wish me luck biggrin.gif By the way could someone check my breakfast diet so if i lack anything mind point out.

-2 peanut butter slice with cheese plus cup of milk , 4 hard boiled eggs and a capsule of multivitamin.

Guys i am quite confuse recently, I been doing this practicing my diet and working out since 22 november, i gain 1.2kg which was a success because my 55kg always stay for about a year. Since i knew the importance of diet, i found it hard to eat those food since i am currently 15 ._. My height is around 165cm lar but suddenly i gain tummy bloated my chest are getting bigger is my only motivation but suddenly tummy expand @@ my BF is around 7% only wor. My diet is wrong or should i do some Cardio or HTTI? Working out twice a week.
Btw would you guys recommend me taking supplement? I ask some guys from GnC they say taking Serious Mass. Advice please.

I see, alright so what i did wrong ? I am trying to bulk up widen shoulder gain muscles etc but how come bf increase suddenly leh ._. Should i hit cardio ? i do cardio once or twice per week already, not intense thou.

Eat alot wrong food before working out and getting infomation. It's hard thou bodybuilding is a lifestyle by the way is it normal since i bulking up to gain body fat ._.?

lol Chill guys i believe darklight has a good point if i had 8% body fat my body will shows ripped on stomach and shoulders. My friend who is skinny but work out alot has much lower bodyfat but muscles are more visible @@.
But is it normal when bulking to gain bf? Or do i eat the wrong food.

Breakfast - 6 spoons of oats, 2 slice bread with peanut butter spreading, cup of milk.

Lunch - Chicken breast*size of typical mamaks * with rice and vegetables sometimes add a fish.

4pm - 2 slice bread with peanut butter adding cheese, cup of milk

Dinner - Same as lunch

Supper - cup of milk and 2 slice of peanut butter with cheese.

Superb hard to maintain the diet man ._. Could only keep it like this for 3 - 4days per week. Lunch and dinner nowadays eat at home mostly.
