lol thank you for the advice. I just want u all to be carefull of dengue. During the fever time, i feel so down. At that time im willing to trade all my muscle so i can recover. I think so many things back then sad.gif

And dengue mosquitoo bites you during dusk and dawn. yawn.gif

No wonder i feel tired always. Still recovering i think .... I will be starting weight slowly.

a bit of a pain in the ass but I'm fine now. Whatever it is, not just to you, but all the guys, your health comes first, don't think that just because you're hardcore, everything else is secondary. What's the point of being yoked as f*ck if you don't have health on your side.

actually, my diet are simple, i just count the calories in and out regardless of wat i ate... just remember tat 1 gram of carbs n protiens are both 4 cals and fats are 9 cals... right now im downing a cheese sandwich om nom nom nom tongue.gif

hopefully brah, i still need to cut alot of fats around the waist area.... im clueless too at first, but dont try to digest and absorb everything u read n told.. just find your own comprehension of it and start from there... be sure to make it simple..
