got rid of my 4mb..can get 2mb only

unifi 5mb i get 5-6mb..but when quota come then headache..

hi guys... im currently using streamyx 1mbps RM110 (Streamyx Combo) and i'm planning to upgrade to 4mbps package.
i wanna know is there any extra charges or advance payment i have to pay for upgrading to 4mbps? if yes... how much i have to pay for upgrade to 4mbps ?
another question is what if i upgraded to 4mbps now and few months later my area has unifi and can i upgrade again ? is there any penalty if i upgrade to unifi coz i saw there is a min 12month contract for upgrading to 4mbps package.
anyone here can tell me about it coz really sick of 1mbps package now.

I've upgrade my 385kbps package to 4mbps. The installer already come to my house to get it configured last thursday, but my speed remained the same. According to him, it takes up to 3 days to get the new speed. Is it true?

i just bought all new cable for modem , phone n line ( actually not new , found it at office lol ) and get the top notch ( for me lah ) 4mb readings back

no any extra charges for streamyx upgrade, you may upgrade to unifi later without any penalty, just walkin to any tmpoint to do the upgrade.

A small questions i wanna ask.
Why does my SNR margin raises when the time reaches 1.32am in the morning?
Everytime around 10am like that the SNR margin drops back to 6.0
I am on 4mbps connection,so far no disconnection problem,just abit unstable dns resolve only.

I was wondering how does it actually affect the copper likes?

SNR margin @ 1.32am to 6.00am 11.0 ~ 13.5
SNR margin @ 10am to 11.59pm 6.0 ~ 4.0

Just now TM called me inform me that my area is available for 4M streamyx.
I want to know is this 4M streamyx fix IP or dynamic IP? Is it worth to upgrade from 1M to 4M? Is it troublesome to cancel this service if I can't really get at least 80% speed?

Call up 100 today morning and they told me my house available for 4Mbps streamyx and sign up.Now waiting for them to get the job done.
Hopefully everything went smooth.

my before using streamyx...
im already apply for streamyx but they said that my house is out of range...
but after a few try and 'maki2'...
i get the 512kbps...
but i try after that upgraded to 1mbps...
go to tm and apply...
but the tell me that my house did not support 1mbps...
im so frustrated and after that try apply upgrade online....
and im succeed..without any problem without any form to fill...
all online...
and now i want to upgrade from 1mbps to 4mbps...
and i think if i went to tm...
they will frustrated me again...
how can i upgrade and solve this problem?

A TM promoter called me yesterday offering to upgrade 4MB. So, I apply online and will wait for the contractor to come to my house and do testing.

i plan to upgrade to 4mb, have any package without modem ? i search the website the 4mb package must come with modem.

Since i am using the tp-link modem and very satisfy it, can i return the modem to them and reduce the monthly fee ??

Yesterday call 100 to apply 4mbps upgrade and just now 3pm a technician came to my house and set the port to 4mbps.He also bring along the innacomm modem for free to me.He told me to wait for the center to activate my speed to 4mbps in 24hours time.
So far satisfy with their job done in very short time.Now only waiting to get my line activate to 4mbps.Whoaaa so fast oh.... only 1 day

waaa.so fast the technician to come to your house.for me,after almost a month,the technician called for me to upgrade.did the centre gave you any contact number? i mean the technician contact number.

i didnt get his number... he just come and set the port thn tell me to wait for 24 hours to get my acc update.

Added on September 28, 2011, 2:57 amHere come my speedtest result on my 4mbps speed package.
Seriously i didnt expect they will get my line upgraded that fast.Monday called up them to apply for the package thn next day 3pm technican come to my house to set the port and told me to wait for 24 hours to get my account update for the speed.
Thn less thn 2 hours my line is up with 4mbps speed.Everything settle less thn 48 hours!!! Good Jobs TM!!!
