hi guys... im currently using streamyx 1mbps RM110 (Streamyx Combo) and i'm planning to upgrade to 4mbps package.
i wanna know is there any extra charges or advance payment i have to pay for upgrading to 4mbps? if yes... how much i have to pay for upgrade to 4mbps ?
another question is what if i upgraded to 4mbps now and few months later my area has unifi and can i upgrade again ? is there any penalty if i upgrade to unifi coz i saw there is a min 12month contract for upgrading to 4mbps package.
anyone here can tell me about it coz really sick of 1mbps package now.

Call up 100 today morning and they told me my house available for 4Mbps streamyx and sign up.Now waiting for them to get the job done.
Hopefully everything went smooth.

Yesterday call 100 to apply 4mbps upgrade and just now 3pm a technician came to my house and set the port to 4mbps.He also bring along the innacomm modem for free to me.He told me to wait for the center to activate my speed to 4mbps in 24hours time.
So far satisfy with their job done in very short time.Now only waiting to get my line activate to 4mbps.Whoaaa so fast oh.... only 1 day

i didnt get his number... he just come and set the port thn tell me to wait for 24 hours to get my acc update.

Seriously i didnt expect they will get my line upgraded that fast.Monday called up them to apply for the package thn next day 3pm technican come to my house to set the port and told me to wait for 24 hours to get my account update for the speed.
Thn less thn 2 hours my line is up with 4mbps speed.Everything settle less thn 48 hours!!! Good Jobs TM!!!

i upgrade mine on monday thru the phone and next day my 4mbps speed is up and running.just give a call to 100 and they will do it for u.

i just started to use 4mbps on tuesdays and so far i only get 218 ip.

i didnt get any other ip bside 218.. only few days using this 4mbps

just ignore the operator... u can go collect it anytime after the installation is complete.once ur speed has change to 4mbps thn it means everything is completed and their system has already updated ur acc.so u can go collect it anytime when u free.
i collect mine on the next day after i notice my speed has change to 4mbps.
