Just now TM called me inform me that my area is available for 4M streamyx.
I want to know is this 4M streamyx fix IP or dynamic IP? Is it worth to upgrade from 1M to 4M? Is it troublesome to cancel this service if I can't really get at least 80% speed? |

Yesterday installer come to upgrade my line to 4M, said need 3 days to reflect the speed. I still can connect using my account that time with old speed. But after I back from work, the line can't connect already, signal still stable.
I called TM, TM said within 14 days I must find installer. I called installer to check again, he said he busy with his schedule! Anyone facing such problem after upgrading?? |
