guys im going to upgrade my 1mb (1.5mb) line to 4mb.
but why the technician need to come our house? since i am working it will be quite a hassle. i checked my modem, my attainable rate is 10k something, does it mean i have option to go for 4mb? and recently my line dc frequently in about 10mins..  |

me too, not sure if the dlink 2640b faulty..cos before that i got my motherboard burnt..but i tested with another 2640b..same
i online click click a while then dc..keep repeating. my location setapak. |

how to ask to set for 5120 port? tell tm or techinician? btw, i get from ahcheap also..very helpful |

any1 encountered low download speed?
im just upgraded to 4mb recently, i called tm they said their part all ok. but from my speedtest i get around 1.5mb-1.6mb only. not sure is the maintenance thing or i cannot get the 4mb speed. my location in wangsa maju. |

i remember technician told me snr must more than 15, line attn below 40.

upgraded from 1mb to 4mb for almost 2 week already, max speed i get is only 2mb.
modem i already get 4095, 508. my attainable rate 12k. call tm they say technician, call technician they say tm. who the fark i must call lol. |

after 2 weeks my 4mb upgrade still cannot get the speed.
max i get from speed test is 2.4mb, lowest i get 1.7mb, usually i get around 1.9mb-2.2mb. they give me so many nonsense and excuses, finally they offer me to downgrade back to 1mb, or go to unifi. should i go to 2mb package? since the difference is only rm10, im afraid if go to 2mb package i will get lesser than 1.9mb-2.2mb. not going back to 1mb cos the speed difference is around 100kb/s. unifi still not so interested in the moment. |
