im interested in upgrading my 1mbps to 4mbps...
but for ur information...
my before using streamyx...
im already apply for streamyx but they said that my house is out of range...
but after a few try and 'maki2'...
i get the 512kbps...
but i try after that upgraded to 1mbps...
go to tm and apply...
but the tell me that my house did not support 1mbps...
im so frustrated and after that try apply upgrade online....
and im succeed..without any problem without any form to fill...
all online...
and now i want to upgrade from 1mbps to 4mbps...
and i think if i went to tm...
they will frustrated me again...
how can i upgrade and solve this problem?
please help me!!!

Just upgrade from 1mbps to 4mbps...(but the speed 4mbps not activate yet )
For your information my line before this is about 4.1KM from TM Exchanger...
And the ADSL Statistics is like below...



The technician said that my line is out of league and he said this is weird becoz my line still support 1mbps without dc...But today my snr is between 5-6 and he said for 4mbps the snr must be at least 17>....

After that he said that there is a new DSLAM near my house...not more than 1km...and he try to change my snr stat...

After 15 minutes, the SNR of my line goes to this...wahh...so happy...now waiting for people in KL to activated my 4mbps...hehehe...

Hi guys...
im just upgrade to 4mbps as u can read post above...
what the problem now...
im already get the speed more than 1mbps...
but only cap at 2042 kbps at the ADSL statistics...
it is possible that just a matter of time i will cap to 4000kbps...
im afraid that i will stay at 2mb becoz the speed now 2mbps..
anyone??

TM already capped me to 4092kbps...
