With regards to your issue on Streamyx upgrade to 4Mbps, we have received feedback from our respective department and we are sorry to inform that currently we are unable to provide 4Mbps service due to no port available. Kindly noted that expected port will be available is on end of November 2011.

so I still got little hope in this fall? there are still not all other places near my place has 4mbps, I doubt that

but I'm really thankful for their replies, nowadays their support via email really better than before, at least they really do their works

yaaaahhh .. i also got several of this reply ..when i request for upgrade to 4mb blockbuster packages ... same thing at 1st laah ..no available Port ... after 2 rounds of .. debate from me .. then finally TM said GOT only ONE port available in my area ...
so my registration is DOne ... now waiting for technician to come to check the line ...!!!
Question .
1) what do i need to tell the technician on setting the Port ..????
if i am not wrong .. i saw some posting concern this upgrade ..to ask techinicain to set it at 5120 ....
Is this correct ..!!??
