No it does not.

Your router/VDSL devices are capable of more than 5/10/20mbps speeds of the UniFi.. The IPTV basically works on a different stream level (VLAN tag 600) independent from the data stream of the UniFi (VLAN tag 500). So is the Voice over IP Phone (VLAN tag 400 ?!).

Go ahead knock yourself out with unlimited downloads and never worry about your IPTV ;-)

Has anyone paid their bill on occ.unifi.my?

I tried today, because I realised it's the payment due date already.

So I went to their website to pay. Payment was successful as indicated by the receipt.


When I went back to the bill tab, to my dismay, it freaking said the payment wasn't successful! F-UCK!


Their billing department is not on call now I have to wait till tomorrow before I can check. But WTF!!! Who did the retarded system?!

The system might not be working correctly, but you didn't notice in your screenshot the payment was only authorised and did not complete? This means that you probably wasn't charged. Call your bank to check first before calling Unifi.

Processed /= the payment go through.

seem i am the only one having issue with register online for the unifi. any special way to regster it online.

never trusted the payment anyway, use bank's https is better for any payment

I am using Torrentflux and VPN no issues :-) max it 24/7

I've been using it to pay my bill ever since they upped the site. Had a problem only once, when two of my payments were not registered in their system.
Solved it by calling their billing dept and giving the bank approval code for the transactions.

I got a called from TM regarding Unifi offer, the offer was waived installation fees for VIP5 but I'm still hesitating since I'm living in apartment. My question is there any issues with Unifi since I read that the setup are different(for apartments) and it might affect the speed and ping.

Anyone care to share their experience?

just curious where u do guys check the bandwidth usage in the Unifi portal? or there isnt any of them? I cant seems to find them.
