As per indicated in the Terms and Conditions of service as well as the Service Guide provided during installation, the warranty period for all Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) provided under the UniFi packages are for a 1 year period from the start date of the service contract term.

Customers who require replacement of any of the equipment after the expiration of the warranty period may contact our TM UniFi Center at 1 300 88 1221 to arrange for the delivery and replacement of the equipment.

Should take one Biz20 for 3 users for that amount so unlimited download usage :-) not 3 VIP 20 :-)

Biz5 first bill RM 199 + RM 40 x 2 = plus tax and also some test call i made got chargers

Just realized that the free webhosting got ur full name n address on it for Biz package . Need to enable privacy protection :-) for the domain otherwise felt unsecured

Got some friends use VIP package already got slow issues mine works great

My Unifi ip from speedtest llocated in Sarawak speed is great :-)

They have tagging on username the biz package use username@biz the home vip use username@unifi <-- not sure this is correct or not . The capped will be enforced this June / July
