Hey everybody, does ur phone have like a 10 second delay before calling?
*
Yes. Every time i dialed, I leave it off my ear first... Quite a long time before it actually dials!

QUOTE(bai1101 @ Feb 22 2011, 01:24 AM)
subscribe to unifi already now wait them to confirm the installation date so i can take leave to wait them ><

Need start to save money for  TP-Link TL-WR841N already
(how much it cost exactly?)

But you must know that the beta firmware released for the tp-link is not fully compatible with HG655a huawei BTU(BTU for vdsl system-high rise building)

QUOTE(assaopi @ Feb 22 2011, 08:22 AM)
I did read, but i wanted to know is that "extra latency" tolerable  sweat.gif
*
That extra latency is actually quite "extra". If you're on landed property, you'll probably get 5~10ms to KL server but my test shows 60~70ms. This is not a big deal if you're not going for serious online gaming. Ping to foreign country for me is very bad though. At least 500ms. Oh ya... I'm in a condo. However, if ping is your concern, you got no other options too. Since it's vdsl system, streamyx will have similar or higher ping too. You can't head for broadband(p1/yes/digi/...) because their ping is high too. Speed wise, VDSL won't affect ur speed. You can get full speed on it. I'm describing my case, can't apply for all though.

The system might not be working correctly, but you didn't notice in your screenshot the payment was only authorised and did not complete? This means that you probably wasn't charged. Call your bank to check first before calling Unifi.
*
Called the bank and it's charged already by bank but unifi can't find my payment. Although it says 'authorized' only but unifi's status should say 'pending' or something, instead of 'unsuccessful' because it sure is hell is successful.

QUOTE(cannavaro @ Feb 22 2011, 02:23 AM)
I've been using it to pay my bill ever since they upped the site. Had a problem only once, when two of my payments were not registered in their system.
Solved it by calling their billing dept and giving the bank approval code for the transactions.
*
Thanks, called the bank and got the approval code. Unifi's CS said she will get back to me, hopefully will later.

last week i registered for unifi at TM Point.
But i noticed that if register online, I can get free 1-month subscription.
So, i registered online just now and was successful.

So, will i get the free installation + free 1 month subscription?
*
yes, but make sure you cancel the previous registration.

Awesome, they moved up my install date to today instead of March 1st, without me even asking them.

Good thing I happen to be free this afternoon hahah.

Hi All sifu, for high rise building do we need a additional cabling same as landed property coz i don't like any drilling or additonal cabling inside my house. Can installation just using back the existing telephone port.

Was wondering, do you all get smooth IPTV transmission? Mine was grainy with black boxes for all channels. Fiberhome LAN light was blinking. Any comments?
