I am using Torrentflux and VPN no issues :-) max it 24/7

Anyone having unifi issues? I can't connect at all. Orange light on the router.. Tried restarting, off/on, unplug plug back.

Nothing works..zzzzzz

As per indicated in the Terms and Conditions of service as well as the Service Guide provided during installation, the warranty period for all Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) provided under the UniFi packages are for a 1 year period from the start date of the service contract term. 

Customers who require replacement of any of the equipment after the expiration of the warranty period may contact our TM UniFi Center at 1 300 88 1221 to arrange for the delivery and replacement of the equipment.

Telekom Malaysia Berhad ™ would like to inform our customers that in accordance with the Budget 2011, we are revising our service tax charges effective 1 January 2011. The service tax charges are being revised as follows: 

A.    For telephony services 

TM will be imposing a service tax of 6% on our telephony services effective 1 January 2011. However, the 6% service tax will only be charged for bills effective from 1 February 2011 onwards in view that the January 2011 bill would include charges for December 2010. 

B.    For leased line and other services:

TM will be imposing a service tax of 6% on our leased line and other services effective 1 January 2011.  

C.    For UniFi:

TM will be imposing a service tax of 6% will be charged on our UniFi service effective 1 January 2011. For UniFi customers, as TM will be charging the 6% service tax in January 2011 bills, TM will provide a rebate of 1% tax charge (6% - 1% = 5% only) for January which will be reflected in February 2011 bill.

i have to wait till 9 march for unifi installation >< but the tm operator say only take 1-3 hours to install O.o since when unifi installation become so fast i though at least take 3-5 hours to finish ????

On your BTU try plug into a different port? Sometimes that works for me...

guys, In my understanding, TM will pull fiber optic to your house and to your mediaconverter in ur house's compound right

does it work the same for condos/apartments ?

Can. I'm not using STB anyway.

i have to wait till 9 march for unifi installation >< but the tm operator say only take 1-3 hours to install O.o since when unifi installation become so fast i though at least take 3-5 hours to finish ????

Wanna ask something. If we ask them to install only the modem,router & phone should be ok right? The tvbox keep it? Because if I install all of it, wow my room going to be havoc like tihs huhuhu
