C.    For UniFi:

TM will be imposing a service tax of 6% will be charged on our UniFi service effective 1 January 2011. For UniFi customers, as TM will be charging the 6% service tax in January 2011 bills, TM will provide a rebate of 1% tax charge (6% - 1% = 5% only) for January which will be reflected in February 2011 bill.

If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to email at help@tm.com.my  for telephony/leased lines/other services or unifi@tm.com.my for UniFi customers.

I got an email from unifi confirming my order, but when taking a detail look. The Taman stated in the email is wrong - my taman is Taman Selayang Jaya but the email states Taman selayang bahagia. not sure if there's a mistake althought the two taman is just next to each other. doh.gif
