there is 12 char (without spaces) while membership number is 5 digit number. if char length is 20 then it should be sufficient even without spaces. How come hav to cut short my name sleep.gif"

The person was asking someone else to fix an issue which was caused by himself in the first place.

I talked to MBB Call Centre a few weeks ago. The CS recommended Visa Petronas if I want a card with zero annual fee for life. Other MBB cards are waivable too but subject to the bank's decision (which sounds kinda risky).
*
Yah, that's why I elected to go with MBB Petronas and save me the hassle next year asking for waiver, but too bad after I applied only Zenquix confirmed no 2X points for overseas and card already approved.

my friend wants to cancel her shell visa citibank cc after just 1 month. does she allow to do that ?
*
She should be able to cancel the card, just ask her to call CS. IF got no amount owing, she can even cancel the card immediately over the phone. And if she yet to use the card, the GST can be reimbursed.

blur on what is your question.

To update on my RHB Visa Platinum Card application, I applied for the card thru PB center on 19th Nov after lunch (last Friday) and Monday 22nd called CS to confirm if they received the application. Just check and was told application approved on 23rd Nov and card ready for collection at their card center ( requested to be collected as I want the card by this weekend) . Pretty efficient.

Also wanted to check status of my EON Signature application which was done at the branch last Tuesday, not in their system yet and when wanted to speak to a CS but was put on hold like forever. Luckily I damn free today so called their Visa Signature contact number also same case, "all our CS representative are busy at the moment, please hold on" repeated many times. I was getting pissed off and thinking of cancelling my application when a CS answered my called. Well the CS was very helpful and informed me the card centre yet to receive my application after checking and he promised to call me back later as he will check with branch.

Good day, I'm planning to apply a classic credit card. Currently planning to apply one at CIMB bank.

The online form shows anual fee is free for life but the website shows only for platinum cards. http://www.cimbbank.com.my/index.php?ch=cb...&tpt=cimb_bank#

Can any CIMB classic card holders clarify this? Also, how is their customer service as I have heard a lot of bad rumours about them.

i've been using this feature at Carrefour, Jusco, GSC and sometimes San Fransisco cafe for more than a year with my GSC Eon Visa but i did not encounter any of that. It's neither i'm wrong or the cashier thought you are talking about a debit card (which need to key in PIN)

Try to check with the bank by calling their customer service... nod.gif

No worries. All principal MasterCard from CIMB Bank is free for life. I am 100% sure on this smile.gif

As for customer service, well, those working at the branch are always very slow. The call centre however, generally is ok.

Not the CIMB Enrich Mastercards. Can you call and ask for waiver or is it strictly with spending?
