is the govt budget 2011 out yet?

am quite pissed off wif OCBC Titanum application. My agent help me to resubmit my application for 2nd time. she told me secretly that this time my credit card app failed coz of TIH (im nt sure the full sentence tho), she explained to me that it means when OCBC call to my office nobody pick up the phone. The office number I filled is general line (receptionist's number). Sometimes the receptionist is nt on her desk n nobody will pick up the phone. The 1st time my OCBC Titanum app failed under scorecard, this time fail under TIH -__-". I'm quite fed up wif tis OCBC dy coz my basic + fixed allowance meet the 36k requirement. Even my agent said actually for my case, my app could be approved one.

does anybody know bt HSBC Security Device for the Internet Banking service? Do they give it to HSBC credit card users or what? (I just had my HSBC Visa card for near a month but they never send me this device tho)

I actually don't have account with HSBC, I only use HSBC credit card. N yep I have access to Internet Banking by registration thru online. I'm just curious bt wat is this security device? So they only give it to their account holders for internet banking but nt credit card?

No need to register for internet banking account over the counter to view CC statement online eh...I can view my statement online by registering online myself at home.

I am nt sure oso. I kept wondering if I need the security device or will they be sending me the security device or not, till now I never receive that device. they just sent me a PIN number thru letter before i got my CC to access online banking.

Ya, u r right, HSBC Security is no longer needed to access CC statement/IBG online. Actually I registered for internet banking already. They did send me a six digit PIN as my 1st access to IBG. It's quite troublesome coz I actually have to type an alphanumerical 8 digit password, in addition of 3 out of the 8 word alphanumerical SECONDARY password. Yeah, two different password (in terms of security it's good but I find tis quite troublesome). I just read sth bt the security device. It's kinda like have to pay or its like only those business banking need it or wat. It's good nt to use security device oso, quite troublesome haha!

I just got my HSBC Visa CC last mth and I've got my 1st statement this month. I paid the full payment with extra rm60 (i intended to pay exta rm50 for the govt fee actually) would like to ask how come the RM50 Govt tax does not appear on the statement, I thought they suppose to charge on the 1st statement or isit they charge it on the 2nd mth or 1st year anni? I am confused...

Anyone could answer me pls?

I guess thats the best way. I only scared in case they don't charge me initially like forgotten or exempted whatever. then I call em they rmber n they charge me hahah!

Finally my HSBC CC is charged the govt service tax RM50, in this 2nd mth bill lol.

hi, anyone here got IEM Direct Access Plat MC? Just now the DA CS called me and say cant print my full name on the card have to cut short. Isit standard format for IEM Membership number to be printed on the card as well?

there is 12 char (without spaces) while membership number is 5 digit number. if char length is 20 then it should be sufficient even without spaces. How come hav to cut short my name "

A couple of days later, CIMB DA CS called me for some verification
25th Nov 2010 - Got my DA CC approved
6th Dec 2010 - Received my card (the letter is dated 25th Nov 2010), cause they are using normal post, so it takes almost to weeks to reach East Msia

Well done CIMB DA! Their credit limt is really more generous, about 2.6X my salary while my HSBC only give me 1.6X my salary.
