From the previous threads you mentioned that you're able to "down" the liquid cod liver oil (seven seas).
I doubt this should be a problem for you.. blush.gif .. It taste a little bit like "Anlene" choc milk..

dont feel too bad... sometimes a break is good and u will bounce back with more determination, refreshed and well rested.
get all those cravings out of the way, eat what you want and enjoy... thn come back in full gear biggrin.gif (but well, make sure you DO come back biggrin.gif)

Hey recently I've been doing squats with just a pair of 5 KG dumbbells,but after doing it,I can feel the burn,and I think the muscles that are involved are bigger,I never noticed those muscles there before,this is good right?I shall slowly increase the weight but now I'm just doing 3 sets of 12 reps

no offense, but i have seen girls done 5kg db with ease.
not sure how big u r, u should b looking for something like 50kg as a challenge/start.
3 x 12 is also too easy, y not try 5 x 10.

Can db squats give you a good a workout as the ordinary barbell squats ? Just asking.

Since I just started doing squats,I figured I better start with a lighter weight first biggrin.gif

I dun go to the gym though,so I dunno how to squat that heavy,if I buy my own weights that will be expensive

today must be my muscle boycott day mang... so sad... dunno what happen, no strength on the triceps at all... x3 counts on 5kg already fatigue... PT also dunno wat happen to me... sigh... cant just rely on PT, have to go routine classes like bodypump to self help a bit rite?

wana ask about creatine and glucolin.

do i take creatine with glucolin for pre-workout or postworkout?

or is it whenever i take creatine, i need to mix it with glucolin doesn't matter for pre or post.

laid off training for awhile myself. took a break for a few weeks.... then whn i started back got an injury out of sheer stupidity and recklessness in the gym. have this god-awful swelling on my upper back now which has set me back another month.
