Don't load up the bar on the rack, then put one hand on the bar as your female friends are walking by after class and start yakking for half a bloody hour. Heh, i'm pretty quiet in the gym. I dont talk to anyone unless i ask for a spot. Result, hardly anyone disturbs me. Once im done i'll start disturbing others for kicks lulz. (they dont mind, of course) Also helps i dont go during peak hours edit: surfing the net when i saw this Lipotropic Whey. Anyone tried this would like to comment anything on it? I've tried a similar product which the negative waste bad taste. My experience from it was a 20g protein per scoop which I have no problems drinking is better than 25g protein per scoop which I cannot get down.
Shouldn't be a problem for some though.

hmm just wan to ask... my weight is 115kg and height 170cm im trying to loss weight and get muscular ... some of my friend say if i wan to loss weight i need to lift a light weight but more reps... cause now i always lift more weight and less reps
e.g: 5kg x7 5kg x7 8kg x8 8kg x8
so if i wan to lose weight should i lift light weight and more reps or more weight but less reps
