those are jealous people who want to look good but do not want to put in the required level..hence trying to discourage u..

regarding squats and deadlifts..those people once again will think we are weird or freaks for going heavy..they are too weak to do DL or squat neither do they have the mentality to try it..

my solution? put my headphones in and just do my thing..never bother what those people think of u..its pointless

my gym is now is perfect..i can do wtv i want..as compared to FF last time

not those ppl do not want to put in their effort, it is actually those ppl know nuts about building muscle and wan to pretend as they have the knowledge of Dorian Yates.

Tat happens almost everytime when i talk to ppl who ask about my workout in gym =.= Protein powder for them is like once u drink muscle mass + 50kg and gals tot it will make them fat. T.T

its kinda normal scene these days... but i once tried taking every supplement off including whey... thats when darklight saw me look "ill" lol

haha, i guess all of us gets the wtf stuff from other guys in the gym. i've gotten my share of weird looks when i take a serving of creatine before workout (take the creatine powder straight up and wash it down with cold water).

Oh, and whey protein giving you 'fake' muscles.

Mel, you should be proud that people are accusing you of steroids. You know you've put in the effort, fark care what other people think.

they say its no good to change your routine haphazardly in a short period of time
i.e. if one starts with program A, one should stick to what is in program A
but if say in program A, you've started your leg routine with say, leg press, and next week u play legs, u start with leg curl or stiff leg DL, will it kacau ke?

well normally i would follow the sequence of the routine i am currently on. following your example, say for the first week your leg press max is 250kg for 6 reps. Then for the second week you do a different exercise first before moving to leg press. i really doubt you can pull of the same max poundage you did for the first week.

following the same sequence allows you to take note of your progress week by week. but if you're training without keeping track i guess its no harm.

you came to talk to me if i was eating enough... that period i was without any supplements actually, whey was out few months. wasnt really able to meet the 1g per body lbs... i can still recall the look you gave me, like i'm dying or something lol, then in office ppl were looking at me as if i got some kind of sickness... meh... at least now they dont give me that odd stare anymore smile.gif

guys, rite now im having a medical condition and the doctor asked me to stop any practice or form of sports for 1 month!! i wonder how should i adjust my diet, as im afraid that i will lose my years built muscle =(

should i continue taking my protein?
