i suppose you encountered this problem while doing concentration curl.

so here's my suggestion.

you perform the exercise with your weaker hand first,

then the other hand perform as many reps as the weaker hand does. Same weight.

strengthen the weaker hand and at the same time maintain the power of the other hand

anybody here transformed themselves from a fat guy into a fit guy?

do you guys straight away lift weights?

or you guys cardio first, lose body fat then only train weights?
