Guys when I perform upright row, my wrist hurts and I'm wondering if it was my form or is it my weak grip strength?

cause when I'm performing upright row, my both arm are paralleled to the floor at the neck height, then my wrist will be facing downward, that's when the pressure act on my wrist?

Try using an EZ bar. It takes a lot of stress off the wrists for me.

Also, I personally only lift the bar up to chest-level. It feels a lot more comfortable for me.
