i've also tried asking friends..
they suggest me to take Slim diet 2 and Jusmate..
for Jusmate i also have tried it but i think it must drink it continously..
for me after took 1 box then not buy it anymore..
thats why i think not helping..
i've been in trouble for weight lose since past 4 years..
now my weight is 78kgs..
i need to lose weight until my weight become 60++ kgs..
pls help me..
i knew exercise is the answer..how about time? if someone not have time..what they must do?

one more question keep hanging in my mind..
is it possible to drink detox tea or slimming tea works to lose wieght..
because read from newspaper / advertisement they using supermodel/actor/actress to help sales..
even the supermodel/actor/actress not using that..
so frustrating..
my friend told me that the slimming tea works but need your body to works also..
like going to toilet all the way..

anyway i need suggestions on that..
*
Owhh I dislike detox tea but I still take them - once every 2 weeks. Reason being I think it's good that it helps to relieve your body from toxin built up from daily food intake. Then again, it's pretty much on personal discretion. IMO i don't think it helps much in slimming... and as mentioned previously, I hate the stomachache it gives me cry.gif

Keep up the good work man, we're proud of u!!
Just continue doing what you're doing and let time run its course, you'll be posting photos here in no time and we'll probably have to tell u to stop!! laugh.gif
The flab will go away slowly, it takes time. Oh and a little piece of advice, since you're loosing fat rapidly, I'd suggest getting some of the Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula Skin Therapy Oil, it helps a lot IMO, using it myself! icon_rolleyes.gif
U should have seen my stretch marks on my tummy, SydG pun kalah after 9 months of carrying around another human, biggrin.gif

vinesh22, how much it cost for that Palmers Skin Therapy Oil? I have strectmark all over my body (mainly on tummy and near armpit area)..
really look ugly especially after get shred 60% of the fat.. still got some fat to take off..
Strectmark cant completely go away right? the tratment I think just to reduce the effect (contrast colour compared to skin)..
But I really hate them..

Can't remember how much I got it for man, but below RM50 for sure, and can get it at most major pharmacies. Anyway, yeah, if your stretch masks have turned a white/silver shade, its gonna be almost impossible to remove COMPLETELY, but this thing does help reduce its appearance and prevent newer ones from forming..

constipation : actually, psyllium husk may not work if his gut is already so unhealthy. sad.gif Sometimes, it could also just be as simple as fixing protein : carbs ratio and selection of better food source.

Stretch marks : I dunno how but mine suddenly decided to fade away over time. I had one nasty one around the stomach area where it looked red but somehow, it's gotten less obvious. And I'm very lazy with using oils and creams. In certain angles, can still see the white silvery lines but not so bad. And I have them everywhere : shoulders, legs, hips, thighs, stomachs. "Medals of Honor" for losing weight. smile.gif

Cycling : Try to vary the intensity and see if you can do slopes as well. I like Crosstrainers, especially the Summit ones. Those are my thigh busters at the moment!
