now everybody talks about lose weight..
by the way i've tried diet routine for 3 weeks..
i've not eaten rice for 3 weeks last month..
but i only managed to lose 1.5kgs..single week only 500grams..
im struggled to do that..
now im craving for food..
seriously i gain weight already..
got fat around body..
so difficult to lose huh..
i've also tried asking friends..
they suggest me to take Slim diet 2 and Jusmate..
for Jusmate i also have tried it but i think it must drink it continously..
for me after took 1 box then not buy it anymore..
thats why i think not helping..
i've been in trouble for weight lose since past 4 years..
now my weight is 78kgs..
i need to lose weight until my weight become 60++ kgs..
pls help me..
i knew exercise is the answer..how about time? if someone not have time..what they must do?
one more question keep hanging in my mind..
is it possible to drink detox tea or slimming tea works to lose wieght..
because read from newspaper / advertisement they using supermodel/actor/actress to help sales..
even the supermodel/actor/actress not using that..
so frustrating..
my friend told me that the slimming tea works but need your body to works also..
like going to toilet all the way..
anyway i need suggestions on that..
