rm1 per entry.. just 2 hours , then i chow.. rugi woo laugh.gif

Is actually a good start. Since you have already pay RM1, you'll tend to utilize as much time in the gym just to make it worthwhile. It is like you're paying to eat a buffet. Once paid, obviously you'll try to eat as much as you can right? By the way, I doubt that the gym had lots of different equipments since you're paying RM1 only.

I also noob in this tongue.gif

My meals are something like that

Breakfast : Eggs + Milk shake + yogurt + 1 slice of wholegrain bread/cereals/oats + Apple (or any other fruits that I can get)
Snack @ around 10am : Fruit
Lunch : Meat + Vege (Plenty of it) + Eggs (Sometimes extra add on with Taufu) + 1 fruit
Tea @ around 3pm : Fruit / oats / yogurt / nuts
Dinner : Salad + Meat + Fruit

Something like that and I prepare all the meals myself everyday, so all oil free as I steam only the meat, sometimes boil the vegetables if not I'll eat it raw tongue.gif
*
Your lunch looks heavy. I'm quite surprised that you don't feel bloated after having such protion. My daily lunch used to be exactly like yours except the fruit and I'm usually bloated after that. But instead of fruit, I had fruit juice.

owh please... have a self control first.. if ur determined to lose weight u know the consequences of eating alot after gym..

I seldom eat alot after my gym session as I'll feel guilty after all the sweat and effort I've put in. If I'm really hungry, I'll go for egg whites or fruits. Usually does the trick.

hello. I'm just start to work out. now i try to jogging a lot. but i experience hurt on my heel for some time now. is it have something to do with my too much run? or is it because the footwear?
*
Could be one of the below reasons:-
1) You did not warm up before going for a jog
2) The type of shoe you're wearing
3) The way you jog
4) As mentioned, you run too much

I hurt my heel before while jogging and I found out because I'm over stressing my leg. Just get plenty of rest after your jog and ensure you do enough warm up before your jog.

any gym equipment you would like to suggest(i.e:gym balls, dumbbells)?pls i am really in need sad.gif

May I suggest you doing cardio first before putting your full attention in building muscle. You could go for a regular jog and do watch out on your diet if you're serious about losing weight. There's plenty of thread that will teach you on how to eat healthily.

I'm once doing this. Eating only 4 pieces of gardenia bread per day. 2 in the morning and 2 at night. Eat rice only at Saturday lunch hour. every weekend jogs at taman. But that was 2 years ago, when I'm still study at seberang perai polytechnic. I've do this about 2 months and my weight drops from 110kg to 95kg and my waist size drop from 44" to 36". But somehow after that got some personal problems, my mindset lari and start eating like hell again till today...
*
I was wondering whether 2 breads is sufficient for you to last the whole day? I just couldn't take it. Eating two bread a day is definitely not the best/healthy way to reduce weight. If you're serious in losing weight, you should start partising a helthy life style. I used to be over weight. But these days, I start taking green tea everyday to detox myself. And I take plenty of fruits of vegetables during my meal. I've reduced my intake on meat except fish meat. Besides that, regularly work out and now my weight is at 67kg. Used to be 78kg before that. Right now, I'm trying to maintain my weight. Planing to hit 66kg as my ideal weight.

wat is the approximate price for the bench?
*
Very much depends on the type of bench you're looking for. Different store will provide different design.

user posted image

The bench press I bought is something similiar to this at Sunway Pyramid. The shop is located opposite of Fotokem. The price is about RM600. This bench press comes with two function. Abs work out and I can work out with my dumbell with this bench.

Hi guys! I'm new to this section biggrin.gif

Am currently slightly-overweight because of my holidays. Ate too much and no exercise...

My height is around 169cm, weight 75kg. I have heavy bones, mind you.

I tried jogging 15mins everyday almost without fail. The results were satisfying and I lost some facial fat. Now, it's back  sad.gif

A reduction of fat in the selected areas is a must
-face
-neck
-back
-tummy

I wanna push my weight to 65kg if possible.

Any tips guise?  Will appreciate it ehehe
*
Do plenty of cardio such as jogging, cycling and etc. Instead of jogging for 15 minutes, try to stretch it to half hour to 45 minutes. Try looking in HIIT. This is better than your regular jog. But it carries no meaning if you're only focusing on cardio and your diet sucks. Therefore, you need to watch your diet. Avoid rice, noodles, breads and etc. If you must have those, go with brown rice or wholemeal bread. Avoid oily food and drink plenty of water.

Jogging, ok not? rclxub.gif
*
Jogging is part of cardio and definitely it will lose those fats. Instead of normal joggign, try HIIT. HIIT will give a shock to your body and it is much better compare to normal jogging. I had electric bicycle in my house and instead of paddling at a regular steady rate, I will paddle at a regular rate for the first 3 minute, and then paddle as fast as possible for the next 1 minute and the cycle goes on. I tend to get easily exhausted when doing HIIT. Try doing this. It works for me.

Wow! Lots of meat. Too much carb. You better control your meat intake and try to eat more fiber such as fruits and vegetables. If you must have meat, try taking fish meat.

Cycling loses the same calories and fat as jogging? Feel like buying a bicycle to ride while watching tv. Lazy to jog doh.gif
*
I purchased an electric bicycle because it is not safe to jog outside my area. If you live in a gated community, by all means jog outside as you're able to breathe fresh air and etc. Don't be lazy. With this kind of attitude, you will not be able to go far in losing those fats.

Always remember, your diet plays an important role in losing those stuborn fats.

If your main priority would be losing those excess fats, focus on cardio such as HIIT. After your cardio session, try doing some workout. After all these sessions, you must always remember to eat healthily. You wouldn't want to waste all your efforts. And finally, good luck in your challenge.

Roti canai is made of flour. Correct me if I'm wrong but if you're serious on losing weight, you should avoid foods made of flour. Other than that, you should consume something during lunch time. You just can't skip meals. And take plenty of fibers such as vegetables and fruits.

Can I eat wholemeal bread for breakfast ? Just a few piece in the morning as it's hard for me to get any other food.

Wholemeal bread with tuna or either cereal/oat are highly recommended for breakfast. I either take wholemeal bread, egg white and some times oat as my breakfast for the past 6 month and I can see some progress in me.

MIND is always the first thing that need to overcome before u can lose weight...

Im actually having problem in commiting myself in losing my weight....sometimes i have the motivation, sometimes i dont.....

I really needs an advice, what really inspire u, what gives u an inspiration n what gives u the passion that allows u to be commitment in losing weight....

To be honest...i dont like exercise n enjoying eating....I am actually looking ways to create the passion n inspiration to losing weight

I mean some time, people put family picture on office desk to give motivational drive to work harder....so how about u guys....i really need the idea

I have a method. Try buying yourself an expensive or a cloth/pants that you truly love. If you did not control your weight, you will not be able to fit in those pants.

Aside from using this method, I hate seeing myself fat as I was once a fat person. All the criticism and insults due to my weight was something I am ashamed about when I was a kid. From there, I really putted in effort to change into a person who I am right now.

Didn't sweat? I find it weird as I sweat like hell even I'm in an air-conditioned room. I guess you're doing the wrong way. The correct method will make your musles swell and you'll be able to sweat alot.

Omg, I can never get even 60% full with the food served in my live-in college. And if I pay, then I'll get some seriously oily food. Been eating fruits. Anyone mind giving me weight loss tips? And btw, does strength training help weight loss?
*
Strength training does help you in losing weights. But if you're serious in losing weights, then focus more on cardio. Do HIIT instead of doing cardio at a regular pace.

Instead of having 3 meals, try breaking them up to 5-6 smaller meals. I know it is out of the norm but eventually, you're be able to do it. I'm taking tuna with oat crackers for my in between meals. Sometimes, I will eat fruits as well.

Always remember that
