What a whiner. Your body will begin to cannibalize your muscles when you do not eat enough.

You will loose weight and at the same time get weaker.

There are no quick way to lose weight. It takes dedicated hard work and time.

Any quick way to lose weight might put your health/life at risk.

After ur month+ with strider, how do u c urself, any +ve changes? IMHO, if u stride 90m on lowest resistance n lowest speed, i doubt there's high percentages of fat burning. instead, u may exercise on fat burning mode, or, furthermore, u may include tabata or HIIT method in ur WO.

There is no short cut to losing weights. You have to make plenty of sacrifices during your journey. Instead of finding an easy way out, why not leave your comfort zome and head out to the gym or etc. Start exercising and always remember to eat healthily as well. No point of you exercising everyday but consume all the junk by end of the day.

Yep, there are some +ve changes; lost some fats on the thigh and some other areas, though it is little. I don't know i stride in wad speed as the meter is spoiled (old exercise machine). I did try tabata method, but only 1~2 sets. What is fat burning mode? Mind to elaborate?

Exosinnerz, firstly congrats on ur little-fat lost smile.gif

normally on exercise machine stated 'fat burn' which is around 65% of ur heart rate, while interval aims for 80-90% heart rate. for example, if ur age is 32-years-young, ur BPM = 220 - 32 = 188. 65% of 190 is 122 (round up) and 90% of 188 is 169.

some ppl do take into consideration on stride per minutes, heart etc etc. but given the meter is spoiled, u hv no other choice but to ditch above calculation (unless u want to buy heart rate meter gadget). just tabata on strider as long as u can smile.gif

while my knowledge might not accurate, u may google up for deeper understanding.

To the expert:

I've been doing this for two weeks, and i down from 105kg to 100kg. Do tell if there anything i need to improve:

A:
Morning - 4km jog ~ 400kcal
Noon - 3x 26 storey stair climbing ~ 500kcal
Night - push up, dumbbell play, crunch, boxing ~ 800kcal

B:
Morning - 50m shuttle run, with calisthenics in between (push up, burpee, jumping jacks) for 40 secs, rest 20 secs. Repeat 30minutes ~ 600kcal
Noon - Noon - 3x 26 storey stair climbing ~ 500kcal
Night - bodyweight training ~ 500kcal

I've been alternating between A and B for 6 days, rest at the 7th day. Thanks to the rm500 polar watch! As for my diet, i'm not restraining anything, but simply put on a small portion of what i ate previously.

Morning: A cup of white rice, fried egg, some sambal would do, plus cooked vege. Then a scoop of protein shake.
Afternoon: Laksa, mee or mihun sup, or anything similar, plus 2 scoops of protein shake
Night: Banana/apple and 2 scoops of protein shake.

i hope to be 85kg in two months. sounds hard and dangerous. advice needed, thanks!

Don't rush in losing weight. Just take it slow and steady. Btw, you're doing great progress here. Keep it up.
