this two week im gonna be really busy.. next week is my final exam.. got to study hard.. huhuhu.. no time for gym.. and im scare to gain weight at that time.. any tips guys..
my progress so far.. 118 = ???

Guys, if you want to loose weight, does whey protein help? Or is it better to jus take fat burners. I do circuit training every alternate days and go for RPM every day. Days that i dont go for RPM, i do HIIT for 10-15 mins and some cardio for another 15 mins.
