2 weeks down the road of dieting and I couldn't stop taking sweets
I guess home made ones (like souffle and pudding) aren't as bad as the cafes? Since my mum can control how much sugar to put...
Sometimes when I overeat, I experience guilt and I want to puke them out. My friend said it's a sign of bulimia but I told her I can't do it (puke them out I mean) so I suppose it's not O.O at least I hope I'm not.

For me, i didnt straight away jump into my diet strait, i do it bit by bit, until i have avoid all sugary stuff, time to time i still take sweets but it would be better if u can replace those with raisins thou. As ur case, may be u can replace those sugar with artificial sugar like stevia (since aspartame is not tat good for ur body).
Coffee can help u a little in fat burning but the result is not that significant, same goes to green tea, i tried to consume both last time 1 cup of coffee and 4 serving of green tea a day, it doesnt really "boost" the fat loss process, it still goes as normal pace but it does help with my training (low calories and low carbs intake result in energy deprivation).
