Puke and eat again soon u r going to be one of the Anorexia nervosa patient.

For me, i didnt straight away jump into my diet strait, i do it bit by bit, until i have avoid all sugary stuff, time to time i still take sweets but it would be better if u can replace those with raisins thou. As ur case, may be u can replace those sugar with artificial sugar like stevia (since aspartame is not tat good for ur body).

Coffee can help u a little in fat burning but the result is not that significant, same goes to green tea, i tried to consume both last time 1 cup of coffee and 4 serving of green tea a day, it doesnt really "boost" the fat loss process, it still goes as normal pace but it does help with my training (low calories and low carbs intake result in energy deprivation).

Ohhh I don't take sweets like Hacks, Ricola etc ^^ kicked that habit several years ago. If I were to take them, usually I'd go for sugar-free type but on very rare occasion.

my sweets are basically stuffs like cakes (cheesecake, anyone?), puddings, pie etc. Sometimes I take Chocolates. I could not give up on sweet stuffs like that ToT they kill me. I eat them occasionally and wouldn't restrain when I have cravings sweat.gif I'd feel guilty afterwards.

Now that I managed to pull down 2.5kg (need to cut a further 7.5kg), I need someway to kick this habit/ temptation otherwise I'm afraid I'll be slumped in a plateau. Gave up on my yoga; realized it's not my thing. Shall try dancing next XD

Hmmm Stevia... have not heard of it. It's not easy to get artificial sugar from the supermarket although equal is not a problem.

true, I just heard that coffee is good and there are companies who use coffee as main ingredient for their diet stuffs.

Jamis, what do you think of detox tea?

hehe, i have no idea on detox tea, never taken one before, but i took phylium husk before, within 30mins, toilet is my best fren. lol.

Yeah, stevia is extracted from some kind of leaf, and it is alot safer than those aspartame in equal.

As for those sweet stuff that mom makes, is hard to resist, currently i m not staying with my family, so all the temptation is just waving at me at my hometown, all the food i prepare for myself seems to be quite safe hehe but once i go back to my hometown, there goes my itchy mouth.

Hmmmmm i have a box of detox tea and it says to take after dinner. I tried once and I had to wake up at 2am to use the toilet. The visit is very frequent - I practically rush to the toilet several times till the effect subdued. Not to forget, it kinda gimme bad stomachache that I started breaking in cold sweat. Think I'll give it another try by reducing the intake. Phylium Husk... how often u need to visit the toilet with it?

K i'll check on stevia. it reminds me of maltose ^^

Hahahaha I see XD glad to know im not the only one! but at least you managed to curb it while you're away...

Yea. rclxms.gif

About detox tea , I saw it on the label that it says something like,

After a long time of use will cause you to depend on it (Not exact like this sentance)

Watch what you eat will be the best thing to do.

Worst enemy is sugar , drink plain water or lime juice with sugar.
Grill / Steamed than fried , less carbs and it works.

But it won't happen instantly , you need to give it some time to see the result. rclxm9.gif

The feeling of soreness should be normal. If you feel sharp pain, then get it checked.

Tightening when you straighten your arm, sounds like your biceps. Yup, it's soreness. No worries there.

Nyahahahaha it happens. I need to constantly remind myself that certain food are my worst enemy. Losing weight is not that difficult in comparison to maintaining it. It worries me that I'll start to loosen up when I have reached my "target".

I think that would be - if you take it too often. The detox tea that I bought says drink it daily O.O I don't like that idea. I plan to drink it twice a month... that is not heavy reliance I suppose.

For me worst enemies are sugar, carbs and oily/ fried stuffs. I like to eat fried food. My favourite carb is potato as opposed to rice laugh.gif

Hmmm I stopped drinking all sorts of ice lemon tea, lime juice etc. Basically if I want to take something other than chinese tea/ green tea, I'll go for fruit juices without sugar.

lol Jamis, lime juice without sugar is way too sour. I suppose for Ghoss, that is the only drink with sugar kekeke. my mum always encourage to take sour stuffs (sour orange, apples etc) 'coz she said it burns fat (sourness) o.O but i really beh tahan if it's too sour.

I suddenly notice everything in M'sia is carb-tastic. Chicken rice, hokkien mee, mee goreng, roti canai, nasi lemak and the list goes on and on.

Doesnt mean that veges are more expensive, just that you got sotong-ed tongue.gif

Go market and buy veges, RM5 of veges can feed you for a week!
