I saw their site, all SemiD are at 3.5 sty. What's the launching price? Where did you see their materials used / specs ?

they do not state but they will tell you when you see them. you got to visit their office is usj21. they have units from 2.1mil onwards. built-up if i remember correctly is 4,700sf onwards.

eh juz wan to check...
wats ur opinion on the built quality on mah sing project?

juz went to show house today..."AGAIN" with my gf...cause we were thinking to get the 3 sty link house,.....or other place...but stil undecided...

but the built quality of the show house really terrible if to compare to some of the I &P house ie Desiran....after factoring if were to remove all floor tiles....gonna cause some good money....

and last time my gf's relative had some really bad experience in getting mah sing house....ie built quality....

whats your advice?

mah sing 3 sty link? desiran? I & P Qaseh but no show house....wanted to c how the property look like...sorry cause i buying a property worth few hundred thousands so i believe i should deserve to c it before i commit..? or any other suggestion?

or wait til next year...to c hows the property market perform??

I dunno about others, but I can give some comments on Desiran, coz my sis' bf bought and renovated one. the workmanship wasn't good either, no corner bead to walls, some of the edges are not 100% vertical (you can tell if you're putting wall paper)..also the access to Desiran...no offence, but I really dont like it.

My 2cents, looking at built quality, may depend on "luck". Though, reputable developer less prone to problem, but still even KLCC has problem, right?
And, Talam, more units have problem. But some buyers got away without hassle. Whether MS or I&P, both well-known, both carries good and bad comments.

So, I think maybe you should consider what you like rather than concerning something you can't control. Choose by (location, free / lease, built-up, budget, look and feel). Desiran, try your luck - walk into one (I got in one unlock unit - look n see..., think it's ok). I just dislike the location... facing a row of older terrace. Qaseh, I think pretty good deal (freehold, big built-up and land area choices(if not mistaken): 24x80, 30x90), good location higher ground with even / flat level. Dislike, remain unit facing west. KR, like: modern facade, location (further from main road but not too far), dislike: leased hold, uneven ground level.

Small things like tiles and finishings..you can live with them till they are worn before you hack and change.

the mix Mahsing and Mahajaya facade are only amongst 2sty and 2.5sty. 3sty all standard same with their show unit

The second draft memo will be circulated amongst those who have given out their full details and showing serious intention only. Hopefully we could submit the memorandum to Mahsing by end of this month, or latest mid December!
