Guys, the teh tarik session today was quite enjoyable and we went to the Sunway Eastwood to have a look at their offers. Conclusion was that they are using better finishing materials than Kinrara Residence, thus we need to buck up and ask for better deals from Mah Sing, having paid at a higher premium.

we decided to make 30th of November as a deadline to submit the memorandum. Anyone else who is interested in joining us please PM me your FULL details(Full Name, booked unit, contact number, email address). A finalized memo will be sent to you guys by tomorrow. Stay tuned (:

I guess the memorandum is more for the MS's unit. Those from 2 and 2 1/2 storeys couldn't do much right since their unit is already 60% completed. Can we still ask for 'something'?

Ofcourse yes. The finishing materials, surrounding areas, security system and etc. Please provide me with ur full details then I will send u the memorandum drafted by us.

I'll talk to those guys from 2 and 2 1/2 storeys and get back to your latest early tomorrow. Most likely we are looking for autogate, better security system (same as the other MS's development) and entrance. By the way I am already in the FB's group.

For your info, i'm also 2.5 storeys buyer.. and i did highlight my comments in the memorandum, something like improve the building materials since we pay loads to get a link house.. man.. even is 60% complete. Why you also join us and share your view with the developer?

I believe in the SPA it does not state every EXACT finishing materials in it. Thus, for the premium paid, we are scrutinizing MS to ensure they are using materials which are on par with the selling price. Nothing is impossible unless you shut your mind down and subject to everything MahSing is giving out for us. Cheers.

I agree with what liang7524 said. It is infact a win win situation for both parties, it is not something we are bashing TMS but more of co-operation. nod.gif

With this and TMS being a responsible developer, I am sure this will eventually enhance TMS's imaje and KR's value. Win Win lo icon_rolleyes.gif
