end lot with a built-up almost same as 3sty link, but being RM100k cheaper.....it's you call, if you can afford another 100k for better quality, go for 3sty. but i believe those 3sty lots left are mainly facing junction like the Lot 171.

Eddy is from HHQ, appointed by MS... No idea about the discount as my legal fees are bear by MS (kinrara residence)

legal fees for S&P and Loan Agreement are bear by MS, I only paid 5k+ for the disbursement & stamping duty(3.75k) for loan agreement.

Overall the workmanship on tile finishes are ok, but I notice the grey tiles on shower area are not 100% even as you can see on first pic. maybe I'm expecting too much. the porcelain floor tile in living room for 2 & 2.5 storey are exactly the same model as 3-storey show house.

There is a land allocated for SURAU outside the boundary of kinrara residence, means it's outside the fence.

I was told some of the units of 2 & 2.5 storey are inspected by Conquas as well. (Source: my friend's company is the subcon)

Yah, I received the same letter, signed and faxed back to them. No harms extending the storeroom, you can hack it off if you find it consuming too much of your kitchen space.

Karas, it doesn't really take up much spaces in the living room(just another 3ft extension of the stairs), but I know that the living room is already small due to the split-level design... and now it gives you a space to put something next to the stairs to upper floors rclxms.gif . pros and cons....the space of the existing storeroom is indeed SMALL, 1/3 taken by the split-level design.

the brick? don't worry, the all 2.5 storey are using one standard brick, cement sand brick. something to make you feel better...our party wall is 250mm thick...probably you'd be thinking that's normal...but hey, try ask the 2-storey.

From what I saw, the KALSA bricks are used for party wall only.

I dunno about others, but I can give some comments on Desiran, coz my sis' bf bought and renovated one. the workmanship wasn't good either, no corner bead to walls, some of the edges are not 100% vertical (you can tell if you're putting wall paper)..also the access to Desiran...no offence, but I really dont like it.

I think the fence you mentioned was the Galvanized Fencing that previously installed by Mahajaya.

For cost saving reason, they remained it.

Hopefully they will rebuild the guard house at another entrance, the current one is just too small to occupy 2 guards, and the looks....
