QUOTE(ckwong111 @ Sep 29 2011, 09:30 PM) I got a call from a lawyer's office saying his name is Eddy. Was asked to go to the site office to sign an agreement(?) this Saturday. Eddy is from HHQ, appointed by MS... No idea about the discount as my legal fees are bear by MS (kinrara residence)Anyone knows anything about this agreement he is referring to? And, anyone out there using this Eddy's lawyer? Does he give good discount? Prolly Loan Agreement? legal fees for S&P and Loan Agreement are bear by MS, I only paid 5k+ for the disbursement & stamping duty(3.75k) for loan agreement.

QUOTE(Antzfield @ Oct 8 2011, 07:05 PM) great photo taken by Immortal, although i don't know how you managed to "snake" in. Good work anyway!! Thanks Antz.based on your observation of the workmanship, in particular the tiling in bathroom, wall or floor, what is the workmanship quality? any better than those in the showroom? there is a mosque inside but without speaker? is it a surau or mosque? anyone can confirm? Overall the workmanship on tile finishes are ok, but I notice the grey tiles on shower area are not 100% even as you can see on first pic. maybe I'm expecting too much. the porcelain floor tile in living room for 2 & 2.5 storey are exactly the same model as 3-storey show house. There is a land allocated for SURAU outside the boundary of kinrara residence, means it's outside the fence. I was told some of the units of 2 & 2.5 storey are inspected by Conquas as well. QUOTE(Karas Otoha @ Oct 30 2011, 01:32 PM) Hey guys, i received a letter from TMS said that they will change the small store room to bigger store room for 2BLH(2 n half link house) ... anyone signed the letter? need to send back to them by 2 Nov 2011.. Yah, I received the same letter, signed and faxed back to them. No harms extending the storeroom, you can hack it off if you find it consuming too much of your kitchen space. |

QUOTE(Karas Otoha @ Oct 31 2011, 03:30 PM) Not only the kitchen space and also your living room.. anyway, i also submitted Karas, it doesn't really take up much spaces in the living room(just another 3ft extension of the stairs), but I know that the living room is already small due to the split-level design... and now it gives you a space to put something next to the stairs to upper floors BTW, i read all people worry about kalsa brick, how about our house? what brick? the brick? don't worry, the all 2.5 storey are using one standard brick, cement sand brick. something to make you feel better...our party wall is 250mm thick...probably you'd be thinking that's normal...but hey, try ask the 2-storey. |

I dunno about others, but I can give some comments on Desiran, coz my sis' bf bought and renovated one. the workmanship wasn't good either, no corner bead to walls, some of the edges are not 100% vertical (you can tell if you're putting wall paper)..also the access to Desiran...no offence, but I really dont like it.wats ur opinion on the built quality on mah sing project? juz went to show house today..."AGAIN" with my gf...cause we were thinking to get the 3 sty link house,.....or other place...but stil undecided... but the built quality of the show house really terrible if to compare to some of the I &P house ie Desiran....after factoring if were to remove all floor tiles....gonna cause some good money.... and last time my gf's relative had some really bad experience in getting mah sing house....ie built quality.... whats your advice? mah sing 3 sty link? desiran? I & P Qaseh but no show house....wanted to c how the property look like...sorry cause i buying a property worth few hundred thousands so i believe i should deserve to c it before i commit..? or any other suggestion? or wait til next year...to c hows the property market perform?? |
i think generally, party wall use clay, other use sand, reasonable la if i am the KR smd buyers, own stay one i will more concern on the fittings given by Mahsing, i,e window frame, tiles, this one of couse depens on whether u can accept thier cheap material or not, some can but if u ask me, i would want to change 80% mah sing give...
isn't it ready mixed concrete from the batching plant? cos I saw the mixer truck... no problem with that, or you mean something else? |

I think the fence you mentioned was the Galvanized Fencing that previously installed by Mahajaya.
For cost saving reason, they remained it. Hopefully they will rebuild the guard house at another entrance, the current one is just too small to occupy 2 guards, and the looks.... |
