Just a query, anyone know the size of the aircond piping given by MS? I heard for inverter the size will be different and i afraid that we are restricted to only using old r22 type of aircond.

I am very confident that end 2015 / early 2016 would be good for Kinrara because :-
a. No more land in Kinrara
b. Bukit Jalil Development effect (Jalil City / Chinese school / Calvary Convention Centre / Jusco?)
c. The new link from Qaseh BK8 - Sirim is ready
d. The Interchange fr Sirim to Jalil City shd be approved / start constructing
e. SKIP highway shd be approved / the linkage to MEX highway shd be a BIG booster to Kinrara hse price
f. Kinrara - Tropicana expressway could become a reality (there is plan to connect SKIP to this highway, the respective dept is doing the feasible study now)
f. LRT shd be in operation
g. Puchong has transformed to a better city (still jam but more vibrant, there are a few Mega projects taking on)
h. LDP bottle neck jam will keep pushing Kinrara price to a higher level

Today news mentioned that Seri Kembangan will propose for MEX link at Putra Permai. It will definitely reduce traffic congestion at Bkt Jalil and Puchong heading to MEX. smile.gif

Um, good info.
Good news to my current house at Seri Kembangan and my future house at Kinrara.
Maybe i should start buying a few more houses at Seri Kembangan since the price is still quite low.
When the proposed highway all built then price sure shoot up with the better traffic.
Basically people afraid to stay at Seri Kembangan mainly due to the F level traffic.

Heard the buyers for 2sty and 2.5sty mentioned that the address for them will be No.1, Jalan DUxxx, Taman Damai Utama?
So we won't be using Kinrara Residence as address?
Anyone know about this?

But you are right.
I do agree that Kinrara Residence sound much more prestige than Taman Damai Utama.
Just by telling people that you stay at Kinrara Residence and they will be able to assume that you stay at Bandar Kinrara.
Taman Damai Utama sound more like somewhere nearby Damai Laut.

Why debate about the price when we are not planning to sell it OR yet?
I still deciding whether i should stay at Kinrara Residence due to the traffic at the moment.
But i think i will hold on to the house until the proposed 3 highway is done and decide upon then.
Even if i sell, after the traffic become better and with better access/exit, definitely it will yield higher price.
