iPhone 4 is now made available on the Singapore Online Apple Store!

Frequent asked Questions:

1. Currently, all 3 telco as well as Apple Online Store is selling the iPhone 4. SingTel,Starhub and M1

2. iPhone 3GS 8GB is available on the Apple Online Store as well as Epicenter Singapore for S$748
*Units from the Apple Store as well as Epicenter for 3GS is Unlocked*

3. iPhones from Singapore apple store will only ship within singapore.

4. Warranty have to be claim in Singapore if the phone is bought from Singapore.

5. Can I place an order using a non-Singapore credit card?- We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Singapore.
Link: Payment and Pricing

6. There are some users here ordered from Apple Online Singapore with their Malaysian Credit cards and the order went through.
*Do note: If you use any CC below, it does not guarantee that your order went through
The cards that went through is: Hong Leong, Citibank and UOB [Malaysian CC] & American Express[US Based]

*There are times your order get stuck. There are 2 possible reason. I have stated the alternative as to what you can do if you face the problem.
a) Credit Card Company doesn't release your payment to apple. Alternative: You can change cards or cancel your order.
b) Apple suspect you using credit card from overseas. Alternative: You can cancel your order or send in your documents
*Sending in your documents does not guarantee your order will go through smile.gif

7. After you Order, you will get an Acknowledgement letter from Apple. Followed by a Shipping Notification with a 10 digit tracking number from DHL Singapore when your order is ship. Then an Invoice stating your order amount have been charged to the credit card.
*Apple will only hold your amount from your credit card when you order from the first time. They do not charge it straight away*
-You can check the Tracking number from: http://www.dhl.com.sg/en.html

8. Address. When you order, you must use a Singapore Address aka Shipping Address[Refer to Point 3]. The billing address can be the same as your Singapore address(If you use Malaysian CC or Amex-Us Based). The phone number, you can put your contact's number in Singapore(Singapore Number).
*How about Malaysian number? You can try to put that. But I can't guarantee you if Apple/DHL will call you due to overseas number. laugh.gif

2) DO NOT POST OR SPAM ONELINERS.
3) NO JAILBREAK DISCUSSION ALLOWED. POST WILL BE DELETED.

um... Apple Store will be selling outright, problem is only can buy using SG credit card, and deliver to SG address.

EpiCentre and other APR haven't announced which carrier is their partner.

Considering that the iPhone4 is launching in under 72 hours in SG, there's hardly any information available online/etc other than the pricing. I mean ... the SG apple store still says "coming soon."

Anyway, can I correctly assume that:

- online orders are SG credit card and ship to SG address only
- online orders cannot GST refund - physical shop only (and at airport only, and perhaps also subject to minimum stay duration)

i've got plenty of friends in SG but feel a bit leceh to take a trip down to SG just for iPhone ...

And I started to see sales thread in Garage Sales.

16GB for RM2400
32GB for RM2900

Estimatelt they earned RM400/unit, but they save you every hassle to travel down to SG. Worth thinking? rolleyes.gif

not for me, cos the name on SG register is their name, so it may cause problems later when warranty / AppleCare.
also RM400 is 20% markup... I would rather get my friends in SG to buy and trust them, rather than some strangers...

if you get it directly from apple, the warranty will be on the item itself, not on the seller similar to other apple products.

SG credit card? How come we cannot use a Malaysia credit card? hmm.gif

And you guys are right, buy from App Store (Singapore), shipping is FOC, but they only ship within Singapore. Taking 1-3 business day.

Well if you look at it the other way, go down SG get your own set = save rm400. Go down SG get 2 or 3 sets = make enough money to cover the cost of the trip + hotel stay + some shopping ... biggrin.gif

I'm thinking ... I've got some friends who stay in JB and work in Singapore. Should be OK for me to ask them to buy, bring over the border, and then poslaju to me ... right?

@panasonic88,
Er.. shipping 1-3 business days? Er.. where'd U get that information from? Released liow ah?

@jphlau,
Normally, Apple Online Store only recognises local CC. Hence, if that's the case for the SG Online Store, U'll definitely need a SG CC.

@g3n0c|d3,
If U want to claim the 7% GST, U have to do that at the airport, not from the retail store. Also, please check if you can claim the GST 7% if you're purchasing from the Online Store because the AU Online Store doesn't allow U to.

@Puchong_Ling,
I'm going through the posts one by one and still nuking the posts - will delete those in a bit tongue.gif Sabar.... damn a lot of posts to nuke `k? If davidgary73 & I get 1sen from each post nuked, we'll be rich by now!

@jphlau,
Just insure the package and send via Pos Laju. I know a couple of forumers who does that; even for the iPad biggrin.gif

@panasonic88,
Maybe not - depends on stock levels; UK Online Stores were like 3 weeks! sad.gif

We can send ipod and mac as gift throughout 6 countries in SE asia. So I believe iphone might be one of them if it is available outright.
http://store.apple.com/my/browse/campaigns...?mco=OTY2ODY4NQ

Thus i believe m'sia cc can be used

Yes. Apple Singapore will only ship anywhere as long as the address is in singapore. Delivery is FREE!
Regarding the credit card. I am not too sure about that. From my purchase of the Malaysian online store
The transaction is done in singapore itself. So I believe you maybe can use Malaysian Credit card
For American Express(non maybank), you can definitely use it.

No problem. Found this on the singapore online store regarding payment via malaysian credit card.
Can I place an order using a non-Singapore credit card?- We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Singapore.

@panasonic88,
But if they're selling it only on the Apple Online Store and not in the dealer stores, ur still not gonna be able to walk into an Epicentre or whatever reseller to get the iPhone 4.

It'll be great if someone who's got news on whether the iPhone 4's gonna be available at physical stores update us here biggrin.gif

would it be better to grab it now from SG or to wait until our local telco's offer it here?? would the price be more or less the same. of course warranty is the biggest convenience if bought locally.

just wanted some feedback on those who bought the previous iphones. this is going to be my first iphone.

@g-string,
If U can wait, then wait lah. Many of us who's getting it are well, early adopters (well, not that early lah since I oredi know a big handful of people who's using the i4 now)

As to price, we wouldn't know for sure until it's released but my guess is that it will be about the same price as when i3GS was launched; so Singapore may *just* be cheaper.

Plus we're not even sure if we'll even be able to purchase it off the shelves here in MY.

1st of all, we don't kno if apple is gonna sell d iphone outright here in msia. heck, even the 3gs was high in demand wen it came out, had to wait for 1mth or so to get it. bout the pricing, it shud be almost the same wit singapore n HK (hopefully).. so shud be around the region of 2.6k for 32gb hopefully..hehe..

Maybe, maybe not. If ur planning to get, just budget RM3k for the 32GB. The price shouldn't exceed that. Anything lower, consider it a bonus biggrin.gif

Regarding the availability. It all boils down to Singtel which is currently selling the 3GS 8gb(unlocked) units through Epicenter. If you are lucky, singtel might sell the iPhone 4 at a later date. I guess the nearest option for you right now is wait for maxis. smile.gif

I was planning to go down as well. But looking at all odds. Only way is through the online apple store. laugh.gif For now that is.

If Maxis or Digi announce their releases in September, I'll be flying down to Singapore to get mine as well. What the heck. Singapore prices are acceptable. Or I can order early online by this weekend and get it delivered to my hotel in Singapore next week.

*
You mean, we can use AMEX? biggrin.gif That's great!
But the delivery address is only Singapore, right?

@Edoras,
I don't think you'll b able to use a non-Singapore-based CC as that's what's required by Singapore Online Store.

From what I was told by the iPhone 4 users during the last TT, they said as long you use American Express you can order via UK
I guess it also applies to Singapore online store. The American Express is the original one and not the one by maybank smile.gif

I have edited the first post for all 3 telco pricing.

lol i read this a few times and don't understand what you're trying to say. Are you saying we ought to be good little loyal customers and sign up for maxis/digi iphone4 plans in september instead of buying uk/aussie/sing sets?

@a4paper/alieamin > yeah SG data plans are way more generous than ours. Not only for iPhone lah ... you see their wired broadband also got like 100mbps plans, for us most of the country still limited to 1mbps.

Not confirmed yet... cos my friend's iPhone3G[S] was Singtel set, unlocked ... but she had to sign contract to get it, like our Maxis & DiGi sets.

that's why it says "FOR NOW" ...

why doesn't it make sense? the carriers will want people to sign contract... they don't profit from the iPhone anyway...

it means that for now, there hasn't been any confirmation of a physical location for which singaporeans can queue up to buy the phone. For now the only confirmed details we have is that the unlocked iPhone4 will be available for purchase online.

now all 3 telco in SG has announced their plan for ip4...seem like the 1st one who make the move will always get disadvantage~..now with m1 and singtel announced the plan...SH price is a bit on high side...

You're getting yourself mixed up in the terminologies here. All iphone sold in SG is unlocked, i.e. you can use it with any other carrier.

But previously with the 3G, you had to sign up for a contract in order to buy an iPhone (not sure if it was the same with the 3G-S).

Compare to Malaysia 3G (for Maxis), you had the option of buying the phone at normal price outright (for usage with hotlink, for example), or buying with contract at subsidized price.

Erm, credit card in foreign country is no problem what. Assuming you've got some sort of activity there whether studying or working, of course smile.gif

@Alex based on the information we have right now (which isn't much), your only options now are to (i) pay inflated prices to the folks over on garage sales, or (ii) get a friend/relative who stays in singapore to order online for you then you go collect when he gets it.

@AlexGTX
the Singaporeans will be queueing up before you, and they don't need to pay for the foreigner's deposit. so unless you can get a way to buy thru the online store, your chances of getting one on launch day are pretty much nil.

I don't know if you either don't read what people ask or just too excited. Let me put in simpler terms for you to understand. smile.gif

1. For now, it will be ONLY available for online apple store.

2. Epicenter, coffee shop or toy store DON'T carry the iPhone 4 at the moment! biggrin.gif

3. Telco only sells phones via plans/contracts and NO unlocked iphone 4 will be sold.

4. No one knows if Epicenter will sell the iPhone 4. The 3GS from Epicenter is by Singtel. Singtel can choose if they want to sell the iPhone 4 at Epicenter tomorrow, 1 month from now, 4 months from now or maybe 50 years from now. rclxms.gif

if 888 sgd =rm2000,

the earlier estimated price was around RM2400 for 16GB, almost same as when 3gs launched. in UK the price is around that range.

August 2010, Malaysian Online Apple Store has iPhone 4 for sale!

Yea that would be a damn good news! I am surely ordering mine. Guess i'll pass this round even can get SG friend to order online. Cause i guess with the high demand and low stock, by the time the phone delivered to me would be at least mid of Aug..and Digi will be launching soon in Sept. Guess i can wait for that...or better still as u "imagined", buy online from MY store tongue.gif

Damn..this inertial scrolling on my MBP in Safari is awesome! Wahahahaha!

I called Apple Malaysia and spoke to 1 of the fella. He said, I can use American Express to buy the iPhone 4 and ship to singapore. The excuse used was, my son is studying in SG and I am from Malaysia. I would like to buy the phone for my son via online and ship to his house so he can claim warranty if anything goes wrong. laugh.gif

So I just tried to order my iPad camera kit via online store to test my American Express(Amex) and the process when through. I put the billing + shipping add to his house. They send an email regarding the camera kit and ETA is Aug 18. So I will see how it goes. tongue.gif

Bro.. oly American Express? Not others Credit card? I think the point is that they only ship within SG when u purchase it on SG Apple store online.. Same thing like Iphone3GS in HK..

QUOTE(azrinarizz @ Jul 28 2010, 02:41 PM)
I called Apple Malaysia and spoke to 1 of the fella. He said, I can use American Express to buy the iPhone 4 and ship to singapore. The excuse used was, my son is studying in SG and I am from Malaysia. I would like to buy the phone for my son via online and ship to his house so he can claim warranty if anything goes wrong. laugh.gif

So I just tried to order my iPad camera kit via online store to test my American Express(Amex) and the process when through. I put the billing + shipping add to his house. They send an email regarding the camera kit and ETA is Aug 18. So I will see how it goes. tongue.gif

I try American Express because it is the safest for me tongue.gif But the weird thing is, he said I can use ANY malaysian credit card as long as the shipment is within singapore before he put down the phone. I personally have not tried yet. So why don't you make the first move and see how it goes laugh.gif

@jonathan82:
Original amex and not the one by maybank tongue.gif I guess you can't tell the difference between amex unlike other cards

@AlexGTX,
Telcos in Singapore has always sold the i4 with contract.

@azrinarizz,
And which particular AMEX did U use? U went through th SG store or the MY store? Sure or not it's the SG store? ETA 18 August?! OMG that's like 3 minggu!

@jonathan82,
SG sets are officially unlocked; whether U get it off Apple or the telcos.

Singtel / Starhub / M1 sets are definitely unlocked, you've asked the same question repeatedly...
telco set = contract NOT LOCKED! got it? same like Maxis & Digi here...
Apple Online Store = no contract, NOT LOCKED! but price is higher smile.gif

One more thing that I am concern is, what if the eta of iPhone 4 ordered via online store is 3 weeks.

It will ruined the purpose of getting it from sg. At least for me--"

@swee5420
if you want it NOW, go buy thru Singtel / Starhub / M1. or get a Singapore friend to order online for you.

the only real point of buying Singapore iPhone4, is the ability to AppleCare (2 year warranty) ... no other reason.

@azrinarizz,
Original Amex - so meaning yours is issued by which country because ALL Amex cards issued in MY will be issued by Maybank since they bought over the franchise a couple of years ago.

I used the green one which can also be used for Uk online store. Card is registered under US. During the TT other day, I asked the iPhone 4 users and they said you can't determine an amex if it is from UK,US,SG or MSIA. Most of them use Amex to order online. So I am just trying out by buying the camera kit and see if it works. Order went through. So I will try again this Friday and see how it goes tongue.gif Just trying out to clear my doubt as well as the others here as well rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

@vin_ann: I think you can do so. She can use the plan with another phone. But the iphone 4 working here, I am not too sure. smile.gif

@vin_ann
read thru your terms & conditions. Since Singtel / Starhub / M1 can see that you are not using iPhone, they may disconnect your service or charge you additional fees.

here on Maxis & Digi, if you use the iPhone plan with other phones, Maxis & Digi reserve the rights to disconnect you or charge you separately.

hihi.. i am doing the same too.. I use the iphone4.. But, some extra thing need to do..
1.) iphone4 is using micro SIM card..
2.) your sister will have to request Singtel/Starhub, M2 to issue her a normal sim card so that she can use it in others phone.. As, not many phone now support micro sim card.. right?

You can. Some of us already have the micro sim cutter, it's like the hole puncher but cuts perfect microsims out of the normal sim. Then later, you can get microsim-to-normal sim adapter, from either babyk or beavis. That way, you can swap it for use in iPhone 4 or use it full-size for other phones.

Nope...the only way to buy an iPhone 4 without contract is through apple store at SGD888 otherwise you gotta subcribe plan with the telco in SG.

Nice to meet you.. So, this prove that Apple will accept any Credit card world wide & ship locally.. er.. Once i got my iphone4.. I will walk to Maxis for Micro SIM.. But, it holds the advantages by modifying the SIM to Micro Sim too. In such we can still "restore" to normal sim and use it in others phone..

well, for this moment, not sure whether all credit cards are reported to be working fine with apple online....only citibank has the best chance to hit jackpot coz two of those ppl also using citibank tongue.gif

yup, its good tat we cut the sim ourself then next time we can use the micro sim to normal sim adapter if we use other phone (i doubt that iphone users will switch to phone other than iphone coz me myself reluctant to switch to other phone since i got my iphone 2 in mid 2007 tongue.gif )

I'm not sure whether maxis will give bck our normal sim card or not after we ask maxis to change to micro sim. anyone change to micro sim through maxis and care to share here?

aiyo bro....read earlier post carefully lehh doh.gif .....up until this moment, iphone4 still sells as OFFICIALLY UNLOCK set unless on friday M1, Starhub, Singtel, apple online store, etc etc announce other wise (which is unlikely coz sg got law forbids carrier monopoly any phone)

Hey peeps,

i got a friend from singapore and coming back in August so i've asked him to help me buy the ip4. Anyone want to tag along as there's still one slot available since one person can purchase 2 units of ip4 at a time. Please pm me for those who are interested.

yeh, actually the chance of getting one on 30th is nil. they only allow those with confirmation email/booking appointment to queue. those without anything will never get one
thinking passively, their decision is abit like discrimination to those who doesn't have internet connection = no appointment biggrin.gif

Gonna be same as the 3G-S, then. Or even worse. My singaporean friend pre-ordered (with plan) the 3G-S weeks in advance and still only got hers delivered 1 month after it was launched.

I do not think you can just go to the telco shop and buy one without any plan attached with it or without reserving it. And there are no physical apple store in Sg. The only way you can buy is through apple online store, ordered using sg credit card, delivered to sg address. The delivery time will very much depends on the stock availability.

@AlexGTX
look at it from Apple Singapore perspective.
they're giving us 2 separate options.

1. buy thru carriers for discounted iPhone. obviously got contract .
2. buy online, no contract, no fuss.

if we have no credit card, we're not the target market for iPhone. how do we plan to buy apps?

foreigner? wait for your telco to see the light, and make a deal with Apple to get it there.

the reason I'm not being polite about this (like some other forumers as well) is that we heard all these complaints in July 2008, July 2009 and now again, the SAME COMPLAINTS in July 2010.
its irritating...

@azrinarizz,
iYah.. it makes no difference cause their stocks have already been allocated so even if Singapore starts earlier but if their stocks go out it's gonna go out.

Btw I hear there's a 4 month wait-list on the iPhone 4 in Japan.....

ah please, spare your thoughts to yourself, was there a moment in time the iphone pace slowed down greatly in momentum? We are not talking about the deceased microsoft kin phone here, the iPhone 4 White is having a screen supply issue, constraint and also the white tinting and to avoid the backlight from shining through, this has to be addressed first, or would you rather have a half baked iphone 4 White to whine about?

SG Apple store still has it on "coming soon," hehe. Anyway we'll know by tomorrow or the weekend what the stock levels are like. Chances are it'll be on a fairly long queue judging by previous 3G-S sales in SG (and we all know the 4 is a huge step up over the 3G-S)

Now you see the point. Apple already know even if they launch one (black) color, then the demand still high... So better they keep the other (white) color first, then only release it later. something like save the best for last...

QUOTE(ck_yoong @ Jul 30 2010, 10:17 AM)

Apple also says that iphone black is the more popular model, so I guess it is not a gimmick.
*
If i not mistaken, the black color is more popular for us, only in Malaysia, but not in overseas...

Guys, SG Online Store do not ship to outside SG, don't simply put your M'sia address and cheat the system with SG postal code.

And, only accept CC with SG billing/Mailing address.

er dont be ridiculous, singapore postal code is actually address not like here. so if your billing address has that postal code for sure will reach that address. so please dont simply whack postal code as it is very important like GPS co-ordinates in singapore.

wah 3 weeks. though I suppose even that will be 2-4 weeks quicker than waiting for MY iPhone4.

any word on what the MY iPhone4 is expected to cost with no contract? Should be couple hundred ringgit more expensive than the ~rm2.1k equivalent, right?

no word, but i dont think it'll be more expensive than the 3gs (2490 and 2990) since as far as i know, the price didnt increase in any country. heck, due to falling US currency, and judging by the price drop of the MBP and imacs, they might actually be cheaper smile.gif

hoping that we can get our local iphone by hari raya!

anyone need a Sg address please PM me. You can send it to my sister's address in Sg, after which I can either poslaju it to you in KL or you can pick it up from my place in Damansara Heights.

Singapore Apple Store can accept any Malaysian Issued Credit Card. They don't know the difference. I bought 3 macbooks 2 months ago from Sg Online Store with my Public Bank credit card.

if you get your macbooks from Sg, it has 2 stickers for the "apple" behind the screen, and a extra cloth to clean the macbook.

I've never seen that in the malaysian units.

It wasn't me who bought it. It was my colleague in Sg who used my company's credit card(PB Malaysian Card)

That was 9 months ago.
*
the stickers has always been there, look at your black docket with Restoration discs, apple's packaging is the same worldwide.

it will only ship within SG. so just make sure your shipping address/postcode belongs to SG, then will be fine.

Interested in buying for my dad as well and my great aunt lives in SG so no problems there.But has anyone tested the phone in malaysia/kl? just a bit concerned about the antenna thing, i read anandtech and undestand that places with weak signals will be problematic for I4?

Malaysia is hilly and my signal as it is sometimes is not so good on the Iphone 3g, anyone with iphone 4 have issues so far?

GST Refund for Online Purchase?
by: Anonymous

Hi Linda...

I'm a Malaysian came to Singapore to visit my relatives... Ive bought goods via Online Apple Store,Singapore. Will I be able to claim my GST? If yes, what are the documents needed?

Thank you.

Hi there

GST refund is administered only by retailers participating in the Tourist Refund Scheme - and the tourist-shopper have documents to fill and get endorsed.

As online stores are not on this scheme - and they cannot endorse any GST refund forms - you cannot get any GST refund buying from an online store.

Hope this helps.

Nop. Billing address U can put as per what registered on yr CC.

This guy still dunno nut about Billing Address and Shipping Address. Read properly le.

What Darkmage said is correct. Your CC will get charge accordingly. Does it matter the bill come to U or not? Is not Apple Singapore who sent U the monthly bill.
Is the CC company that send U the monthly bill. Please make pretty clear on this.

Hi... I think the billing address should be the card holders register address, because if it is not the same, the bank is likely to reject the transaction because of discrepency.

I think the address is also a form of verification, the billing person name should also be the same as the credit card used in the transaction.

What do you think?

i dont think bank will reject the transaction. they have no right to reject unless they have called for verifcation whether the transaction has been made by the person.
as for the address, imagine if you wanna buy an iphone for you son studying in singapore.
then, my gf bought her mbp (msia apple store) using her uncle's credit card and ship to my address then bill to her address but her uncle is living somewhere else. therefore i think the billing and shipping address dont have to match the credit card billing address

The signal issues has been fixed by Apple. They don't say that because that will cause around 1 million people to return their iphone 4 for a replacement.
*
Apple has publicly acknowledged that only 0.56 percent face tht issue, and anyone who has the issue could return and get a refund, please dont exaggerate and state your source.

There is no direct purchase without contract currently. Singapore set unlocked without contract only available to purchase thru Singapore apple online store.

You don't know what shit you're talking about.

If Apple publicly announces that the new batch of iphones is no more antenna-defective, hoards of people would  call tech support up for a replacement of the phone.

Getting a refund and replacing your phone is 2 extremely different things. There's something called "advanced replacement" by Apple(something like warranty, but you can  get a replacement phone outright where you will need to put your current phone in a box sent by apple). It's available in big Iphone markets. Check your facts, and please don't smash your keyboard with limited information.

ps- Please don't quote statistics by Apple for the number of complaints of their own products. They can cook up all kind of statistics to back their products-it's internal statistics, so no one can challenge that... they can disqualify many complaints, by simply suggesting it's an "inquiry of about the iphone", rather than a complaint on the antenna. Iphone 4 has a 2% return rate, which is HUGE, especially for a high-end and high-quality product manufacturer like Apple. By the way, Apple tried to play their way out of the antenna issue by claiming it was a software issue and they didn't follow AT&T guidelines- after Consumer Reports said the antenna was indeed physically defective, they then switched the issue to "free bumper cases"... Bloody jokers.

well you sure are a feisty one, to be so worked up by a simple comment and cook up a long winded response is certainly amusing nonetheless. The fact of the matter is, you are still stating your own opinions with no backing whatsoever, where is your source of the 2%? Every manufacturer that makes products, even Sugar Manufacturers, Rice Manufacturers have a defect rate, this is basic economics, mass production will have a defect rate cause by many anomalies, this cannot be eradicated but lessened through QC.

Advanced replacement or Direct Mail-In Service? isnt this for sending in stuff for service? it doesnt equate direct replacement does it, it would be diagnosed and then be repaired under applecare, exchanged for a refub unit. This is more of convenient way if you dont have a reseller or an apple store in your area. We have a similar service for product sold in Malaysia by the Apple Online Store, if its defective within 14 days, DHL will send you a box to carry your product back to Apple SG.

My comment is entirely simple, if you face the issue, just go back within 30 days and get your money for all its worth, if you still need to use the iPhone 4 then call up applecare, visit a genius bar or a reseller,telco CS and escalate your problem for a replacement, there is still a 7 day policy, at least here in Malaysia for DOA(Dead On Arrival), that covers a range of issues, or if you could live with the issue get the bumper they are offering and live with it. So theres three fronts apple is offering you:

A: Return and get a Refund

B: Get a replacement,make a sound argument, check your phone throughly within the 7-14 day DOA policy

C: Get the Bumper, live with it.

PS: Do not equate High End to High Quality = Trouble free, that is an utopian dream, face the fact that everything has a defect rate even diamond, oh and also every company has its rights to do a damage control caused by the fourth estate(media), whether the PR works to alleviate the issue is another thing altogether, action is always better than inaction, oh and yeah and please dont get too excited about knowing your stuff, cause im pretty sure most of us here would trump you on that, keep the sarcasm and i'am-smarter-than-a-fifth-grader-attitude in the playground aight whistling.gif

To the MODs,
-kindly remove this reply, if it violates the discussion, thanks.
