i looked into the sales and refund policy ..which printed on the note the below.

  1. We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Singapore.

i had placed my order and received the acknowledgement email on my order but that is not an order confirmation, as per the sales and refund policy.

they would only charge our credit card when they ship the phone to our provided address ..

those who used their MSIAN CC to purchase, has $$ been deducted from your credit card? Mine have NOT~

Still curious if it gets thru or not.

what about by passing custom by bus, will they ask all the passengers disembark to check their luggage?

Guys, do any of you actually see the purchase on your credit card statement? I bought on 31st July, received confirmation email, but until now 4th Aug also don't see it appearing on my credit card online activity.

I'm hoping it's like those hotel deposit where they 'block' certain $$ on your credit limit but don't actually charge you til you check out.

the custom will believe you, they have to believe you bcoz they got no reason to stop you, if this way also cannot, a lot of your personal belonging will kena tax also, such as your watches, your glasses, your underwear, your dress, etc

custom can't even say your iphone4 is singapore and need to charge tax, thing you need to do is put iphone4 in your pocket.. no tax like what LuckyDucky says..

throw the box la.. the box worth nth.. if u wan the box then use sg courier send back to malaysia la lol joke

if you wants to keep the box for any reason, unfold the box and keep it in a document folder or slip inside books or anything flat

If you plan to get it by Oct, might as well wait for Malaysia launch
As everyone mentioned, if customs stop you no matter 1 or 3 sealed units they can tax you. However this is mostly based on luck anyways. If the customs officer decided to do a thorough check on you then considered "yong sui"

Also if you really using it for personal use then just open it up only, store the box in your luggage then phone in pocket. Can always say you keep the box to store your charger. Probably can put your toothbrush inside also haha

But if bringing back to sell then see the iPhone gods want you profit more or less lo
