I'm a Malaysian came to Singapore to visit my relatives... Ive bought goods via Online Apple Store,Singapore. Will I be able to claim my GST? If yes, what are the documents needed?

Hi there

GST refund is administered only by retailers participating in the Tourist Refund Scheme - and the tourist-shopper have documents to fill and get endorsed.

As online stores are not on this scheme - and they cannot endorse any GST refund forms - you cannot get any GST refund buying from an online store.

i dont think bank will reject the transaction. they have no right to reject unless they have called for verifcation whether the transaction has been made by the person.
as for the address, imagine if you wanna buy an iphone for you son studying in singapore.
then, my gf bought her mbp (msia apple store) using her uncle's credit card and ship to my address then bill to her address but her uncle is living somewhere else. therefore i think the billing and shipping address dont have to match the credit card billing address

I guess that's the confirmation email. When did u place the order? Early Friday evening?

Mine is also the same as yours. Someone reported from SG forums that their order is prepared for shipment but the CSO have not updated the website. So just chill and your phone will come 
If yours is prepared for shipping. Which means from china. Rough estimation for the phone to reach singapore shores is next week. Sometimes it can be delayed and it will come on the date that apple provided.

perhaps i think those ordered using foreign bank CC (citibank or hsbc but still is malaysia local applied CC) and ordered only 16GB version will get less problem and get the status change to "Prepare for Shipment" earlier than other ppl...just IMHO

Mine change to prepare for shipment but bank or apple din call, no verified of details, bank din charge and I'm using malaysia Citibank card...
