What Darkmage said is correct. Your CC will get charge accordingly. Does it matter the bill come to U or not? Is not Apple Singapore who sent U the monthly bill.
Is the CC company that send U the monthly bill. Please make pretty clear on this.

I got a call from Apple this morning. Asking me about my CC billing detail and confirm recipient's Name.
Once done, I got an Order Confirmation email from Apple.

Delivery date still no change 26/Aug/2010.

for DHL tracking, link from apple sometime wont work.
Your can track your parcel from www.dhl.com by input your tracking no. into "Track your Shipment". Hope this help

Yes. My friend called DHL, the CS told him that this is APPLE delivery so it will treat special not like other common DHL parcel. They do tell my friend will ship today even tomorrow.

Make sure your billing address is same as your register address for OCBC. Apple will contact you if they need to verify your CC payment.

Mine was Malaysia's HSBC. I put my Singapore friend contact number. Apple called him, he gave apple my contact number in Malaysia.
Within min, Apple called me up for CC payment verification. After tell them the correct billing address, recipient Full Name, I got a order Confirmation email from apple on the same days.
Then my order status change from Not yet ship to "Prepare for Shipment"

Come on...Read properly. is Billing Address

I using HSBC...didnt kena forex tax.
My best guess for your case is U used Amex which is a charge card. Not credit card.
Call up your Amex Customer service and ask them why got such charges.

I did. Managed to ordered 2 sets and got my Iphone 4 on 22th Aug.

You got it from Apple.com/sg online store? or those shop selling handphone in sg?
