i dont think bank will reject the transaction. they have no right to reject unless they have called for verifcation whether the transaction has been made by the person.
as for the address, imagine if you wanna buy an iphone for you son studying in singapore.
then, my gf bought her mbp (msia apple store) using her uncle's credit card and ship to my address then bill to her address but her uncle is living somewhere else. therefore i think the billing and shipping address dont have to match the credit card billing address
